I highly recommend Luna Park for anyone seeking childcare in Des Plaines! Our son has been attending Luna Park since he was about three months old, and he is now almost four years old. He is always greeted with smiles in the morning, and he comes home so happy. We know he is well taken care of by the staff at Luna Park, and we love to observe all of the ways he is growing and learning during his time there each day. I still remember one day he just turned to us and starting counting in Spanish - it was such a cool surprise! I also cannot emphasize enough how helpful our son's teachers were during potty training. We were on edge about the whole process, but it was HUGE to have support during the school day, and I really think our son picked it up so well because of the help from his teachers. Although it's been awhile, I still remember going through the grueling process of selecting a daycare. When we toured Luna Park, we very quickly knew it was what we were looking for! Ms. Leah made us feel right at home and had a very nurturing and welcoming presence. We're happy to this day in the choice we made where our son continues to thrive among the intimate, close-knit community of Luna Park. The staff is truly passionate about what they do, and we're so thankful for them!
Molly KleinAug 15, 2025One the best daycares in the Des Plaines/Mount Prospect area. All the teachers are super attentive and communicate well with anything your child needs. I am thankful for a wonderful hard-working staff at this facility. My daughter Has continued to attend and she started at six weeks old, she’s now 2! I highly recommend this daycare to any parent(s) In need of the best childcare!!
Denise DiazJun 26, 2025We are thrilled with our experience at Luna Park Daycare. My son is 2 and has been attending since he was about 6 months old. The teachers are so caring and communicative and they teach a phenomenal curriculum. My son has learned so much through the curriculum in addition to developing social skills. He tells me how much fun he has each day!! Nothing makes you feel better as a parent than knowing your child is well taken care of.
Kennedy LSep 19, 2024My 3 year old autistic son has been attending Luna park daycare for about 6 months now and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Ms. Myra( preschool teacher) is very attentive and caring to my son . My son is special needs and nonverbal so he requires more assistances than the average kid. It takes a special teacher to hear what child can’t say. And it seems Ms.Myra can always guess and figure out what he needs or want and calm him down some mornings.I feel very good and confident leaving my child in her and Ms.Ashley classroom. Ms.Ashley also is very nice and attentive person . Always greeting us with a warm smile and always happy to help. The whole entire staff is always smiling and welcoming.

I love the continuous updates, spirit week, festivities that they do for the students, the arts and crafts, and much more! Ms. Nina, Ms. Mayra, and Ms. Liz are a blessing in my children’s day to day. We love it here!!
Carla ChavezDec 16, 2023The best daycare ever!!!! We had our 10 months old baby attending to Luna. Definitely we will have him back later in the future when is older. We noticed how much he loved it and enjoyed his teachers. They truly care about the children. Leah is such a helpful and amazing person. She made us feel at ease and kept updated us on our baby’s day. Thank you again for caring our baby and making him happy everyday.
