Happy to have found this daycare, I was scared and look into so many, I asked around and the wife of my good old friend advice me that this place was great, she was not wrong my daughter loves coming here, I always pick her up with a smile on her face and she’s ready to be back the next morning, Thank you for keeping my daughter happy and safe ❤️ we appreciate all you do ! To all the Staff
Rubi NDSep 13, 2024As a grandmother, when I first met the elderly lady I felt her energy as negative. I turned out to to be right this daycare and the people who work here. My grandchildren always whined when we dropped them off. My granddaughter told us she was popped on the hand. When we confronted the staff, the teacher gave us an entire history of her life! Guilty is the verdict! If you can, avoid this place.
Bah CJun 29, 2023Very unprofessional and dishonest. My son only lasted a short time here because the staff called me one day saying they almost had to call the Ambulance/ 911 because my 2 yr. Old son slap the teacher so hard she almost fainted. That was the last day we decided, we would go back . I had paid the full amount for daycare for that month and he only stayed 6 days out of the month. So I lost out on 500 dollars and they didn't work with me and when I called I couldn't even talk to the director. This is a family owned business but a complete rip off. Not only was that the not only problem but my son would get called in at least 2 or 3 times a week to get picked up, how can a single mother make money when her child gets sent home often. Then the lady asked me if I was pregnant and I replied to her that I'm just fat. In all, I would never recommend anyone to go here. Even my sons therapist recommended a new daycare.*BIG RED FLAG.
Claudia RamosMar 25, 2023My kids have been attending this day care since they were 4 months old. They are now 5 and I have no plan on taking them out until they are ready for kindergarten this fall. Love the place. My kids enjoy coming here. Friendly staff and owner. Great teacher/parent communication. Never have had a problem with anyone or anything here.
Nathalie MendezFeb 1, 2022I always read reviews on everything especially when it comes to my children but I always do my own research as well. We’ve been at this daycare for almost a year and it’s the best place I could have chosen for them. Not only is it clean and in budget, my children are always happy and well taken care of when I pick them up. Their faces are clean and they’ve been fed or they’re playing. Someone said their kid was always sick here but if you don’t want your kid to ever get sick then be a stay at home parent. My kids doctor smiled and said that it’s just a normal part of every daycare. You cannot avoid other kids germs, sorry. They do an amazing job here and I’m glad I went to check this place out myself!! You’ll see for yourself if you do too.
Kelly HeartMar 29, 2019This place is truly amazing. My 2 year old daughter and 9 month old son originally started at KinderCare. They were there for a month and every day I dropped them off my daughter screamed and cried. And I do mean every single morning. I was a wreck and felt like the worst mother on the planet. There was no structure, kids were wandering around or crying with snotty noses and no direction. The infant room was a little better but most times there would be a baby or two crying and no one paying attention to them. Within the first week they both got really sick, which I expected to happen being in a new environment with many new children. My son was sick for the entire month there and they both had crusty faces every time I picked them up. Not what I would expect from such an expensive daycare. So then I found the Mommy & Aiden Academy. I emailed and Tanya got back to me right away. I went in that same day and she gave me a tour and the fees up front. Very affordable and easy. Her mother, Yolanda, made sure I had all the paperwork they needed and was so helpful getting us settled in. The first day I brought my kids, I took my daughter to her room and Ms. Brenda was getting all the kids ready for group time. My daughter and I stood there and watched and I stayed until she was a little more comfortable. After a few minutes, Ms. Brenda came over, picked her up and took her to sit on her lap while she introduced her to the class and read them a book. My daughter didn’t cry when I left and I was shocked. I popped in there around 11am to see how she was doing and she was playing and happy and completely fine. I also checked on my son in the infant room and he was happy and hanging out. He cried when I went to leave and the young man there picked him up right away. I’m sorry I don’t know all the teachers names yet. So the true test I thought would be the second day to see how my daughter would react when we arrived. To my surprise, she beat me to the front door to get in. Ms. Brenda was singing the kids a song about colors and shapes with all the kids sitting attentively in their chairs. My daughter started dancing as soon as we walked in, then went right over to an empty chair and sat down to join in. She didn’t even look back at me. I started bawling as soon as I left. I was SO happy I couldn’t believe it! She’s learning here and interacting with her teachers and other kids. Something she didn’t have for a whole month at KinderCare. Her afternoon teachers have been helping to make sure she is comfortable. They tell me all about how my daughter did that day, which I appreciate so much. My daughter gave one of her teachers a hug after she was done changing her the last time I picked her up. She’s amazing. They all really care about the kids here. My son has been happy and fed and CLEAN. Crystal is so sweet and talks to me about the day with my son. The woman who doesn’t speak english is always smiling when I’m there and gives me back my sons bottles washed, not just rinsed out. The first day I picked up my son she handed him to me as if she was proud to show him to me. I have a huge amount of respect for people who have that much love and patience in them to care for someone else’s child all day. Overall I am so grateful to have found this daycare and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable and QUALITY daycare that will actually care about your children.
