Both of my children (now 6 and 4) have attended MCC since they were infants. They have experienced all four of the classrooms that MCC offers - and my husband and I have been absolutely impressed with every teacher and every class setting. The Montessori philosophy is a fantastic pedagogy for early childhood education. My children also have severe allergies and some chronic health issues, and the director has been so kind, supportive, understanding, and proactive with our family in keeping my children safe and well cared for. Now that my daughter has moved on to public school, she is so well prepared for her next steps. You are making a great choice if you choose MCC!
Tiffany NorthropSep 22, 2025My younger son attended the infant and young toddler room after we transferred him from another nearby school that was not adequately supporting his infant sleep and nutrition needs (he was dropping weight at 3/4 months old). The caregivers here got him into an age appropriate sleep routine so we could actually enjoy our happy baby in the evening vs rushing him home to catch up on sleep. They also provided a stimulating environment that helped him learn and thrive. I love that this location has attached outdoor space with a garden for the kids to tend and explore. The children get a great amount of outdoor time year round and have a variety of practical life stimulating activities to keep them challenged throughout the day. This team took such loving care of my little baby who is now about to be a first grader!
Jessica YovichAug 15, 2025We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this amazing daycare! The environment is warm, engaging, and rich with opportunities for exploration and growth. One of the things we appreciate most is how the children are gently encouraged to develop self-care skills—like putting on their coats, eating with silverware, and drinking from an open cup. It fosters independence, and it’s truly inspiring to watch our children gain confidence as they make choices and follow their curiosity. The daycare also prioritizes outdoor time, with walks around the neighborhood, fun field trips, and plenty of opportunities to explore the world around them. The kids are always active, learning, and having fun. The staff is attentive, nurturing, and clearly passionate about early childhood development. They’ve created a safe, supportive space where children truly thrive. Our youngest receives OT and PT through Early Intervention, and we’re so grateful that the daycare welcomes therapists into the classroom to provide those services. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our children to grow, play, and learn. Highly recommend!
Ashley GaughanJul 31, 2025I’ve had two daughters start at Montessori Children’s Community in the infant/young toddler rooms. One is current there and another is in her final year of the Brookfield location’s primary room. The care and compassion all the teachers here show our children every day is unmatched. My youngest daughter is so excited to be at school every day, as soon as she sees her teachers at drop off she starts banging on the window, bouncing up and down in my arms and has the biggest smile a little girl could have! Beyond the amazing care, you find yourself surrounded by an incredible community of parents who support each other in ways above and beyond simply our children going to school together. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful group of parents and teachers for our children!
Kelly GJul 31, 2025Our child started in the young toddler room here at the LGP campus. The teachers were so kind and welcoming and helped them adjust to the Montessori method in no time. It was evident how much the teachers love and care for the children. The classrooms are full of enriching materials that allow the children to learn and explore independently and with their peers.
Jamie Bass HoffmanJul 1, 2025We enrolled our child at Montessori Children’s Community as an infant, and now, years later, we’re in awe of the incredible person they’re becoming — thanks in large part to this beautiful school. From the very beginning, the care and attention our child received was nothing short of extraordinary. The MCC team, led by the warm and wise Ms. Evelyn, Ms. Gianella, Ms. Camila, and Ms. Rocio, all who understand how to nurture each child’s unique personality and potential. What started as a quiet baby in the infant room has blossomed into a confident, curious, and compassionate young learner. MCC follows a traditional Montessori approach, which gently guides children toward independence, self-discipline, and a true love of learning. While the open-ended nature of the classroom may feel different at first, especially coming from a more structured daycare environment, we quickly came to appreciate how intentional and empowering it is. Our child learned how to choose meaningful work, solve problems independently, and collaborate with peers of different ages. We’ve watched them build real academic skills — learning complex vocabulary, diving into early math and science concepts, and asking big questions about the world. But more importantly, we’ve seen them grow emotionally: they’ve formed close bonds with classmates, practiced empathy, and developed a quiet confidence that we know will serve them for life. MCC isn’t just a school — it’s a community. A place where postcards from grandparents are displayed proudly, where local leaders come to speak with the children, and where joy and kindness are part of every day. If you're a parent of an infant wondering where to begin your child’s educational journey, I can’t recommend MCC highly enough. It’s a place where your little one will be seen, loved, and guided to become their best self — and as a parent, you’ll feel just as supported and connected.
