There was a clerical error with my phone number when they had an immediate spot open. So I called and talked with the director Ashley and she felt just horrible about the error that was made! So she immediately moved my son to the top of the waiting list, because he had been on the list since January! She then later on messaged me on Facebook, feeling so so bad about what had happened, that she told me her and her staff were going to do everything they possibly could to get my son a spot in the infant room. She told me she was going to work her magic, and she did JUST THAT!! Not even a week later, she calls me and said that her and her staff worked their magic and got my son a full time spot in the infant room!!! I literally cried with joy when she told me that!! I had just accepted a great job and was afraid I was going to have to decline after I accepted due to not having any childcare for my almost 6 month old. Ashley and the Our Redeemer staff, kept their word and made stuff happen! I know for a fact that my son will be well taken care of here!! So yes, I HIGHLY recommend this daycare!!
Taiesha TuckerMay 22, 2024I was told that they didn't have any openings when they did in fact have TWO openings. So I had called the next day and asked about those two openings that I had seen and she proceeded to tell me those were also "full" even though the openings were posted before I called the first time. I told her "I feel a little lied to" and she apparently got offended and said "I'm not a liar, Thank You!" And hung up. Maybe there was a misunderstanding about the openings but that's not what I'm upset about she was rude to me over the phone and that's unacceptable to me.
