My wife and I began touring daycares in the fall of 2025 when our son was a few months old to get an idea of what would work best for our needs. We met with Stacey for the initial tour at Panda Play School who took us through the facility; everything was clean and well maintained, and the kids appeared to be in a fun learning environment. The teachers were a bit young, but we were okay with it and was one of a few at the top of our list after the first visit so we applied for the waitlist. We noticed that she did not add us to the waitlist as we did not receive confirmation and had to call back to check the status a couple weeks later, at which point we did receive the email saying we were added. Fast forward to April 2026, we scheduled the tours again to get a fresh perspective and make a final decision. We toured Panda again at the end of April, once again everything was clean and the kids were having fun. We noticed there was some turnover with the teachers and when I asked them about the turnover rate, they didn't give us an answer and that they were working on retention which was a bit concerning. At the end of the tour, Stacey verbally offered us a spot in the fall and if we wanted to fill out the paperwork and submit the deposit. We told her that we would go home to think on it and get back to her. Five days later, I called Stacey to accept the spot, but she said the office manager, Lauren, may no longer have a spot for us and that she'd call me back in a minute to verify. Never heard back from her, so I emailed Lauren to confirm if the spot was available. She emailed me back several days later to confirm we had the spot and were ready to go for fall enrollment, which we accepted. A week later, Stacey emails me saying that our spot was taken by someone else so again, more confusion. The enrollment process for us was very disorganized and unprofessional from the start, we have no issue with having someone before us on the waitlist getting in, but we have an issue with how they went about the process of communicating that to us. You'd think they would reach out to the people at the top first and see if they accept before moving down the list and telling everyone spots are available, only to go back and say never mind, the others before you accepted. The communication was a major problem and we have enrolled our son elsewhere in the fall. If it takes them days/weeks to respond to calls and emails this early on in the process, that's not in the best interest of us or our child. Perhaps the communciation is different once a child is enrolled, but unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Stacey and wasn't a good fit for us in the end. The adminstration has some issues to work out along with staff retention, I'm hoping their curriculum and day-to-day operations aren't as disorganized for the sake of the children. It would also benefit them to update their website to include scheduling and automated follow-up responses since they don't do it proactively; other facilities we visited had a more seamless process of touring and reaching out to us with questions and feedback. Best of luck to all the families out there looking for childcare that fits their needs - Best, Charlie
Charles SMay 31, 2026Our daughter and we love Panda! Ms Alicia and Ms Lily are so caring in the infant room, and we knew our daughter was well-taken care of every day. Now in the toddler room, we adore Ms Jessica, Ms Mia and Ms Frankie- they are so patient, caring, and kind. The learning activities have helped her grow so much in motor skills, speaking, singing, table manners, and confidence. We are truly thankful for the whole team and environment at Panda Play School!
Margaret BambrickApr 10, 2026This is our first experience with daycare, and we are really happy with it. My son loves going there – he’s always excited (the only thing he doesn’t like is waking up early in the morning 😄). He has improved a lot since starting – he speaks English much better now, more clearly and more confidently. I can also see how much he has grown because they have so many different activities every day. One of my favorite moments is when we arrive and he runs into the classroom and hugs the teachers – it’s such a beautiful thing to see! The place is always very clean, the teachers are amazing, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. When people ask me what daycare we go to, I proudly say: Panda Play School is the best! The only thing I would improve is the food, but I understand this is a common issue in many places.
Marina PadureanuJun 6, 2025Panda Play School checks off all the boxes. Truly the best daycare a parent could ask for. The staff are so genuinely caring, the facility is clean and updated, the food menu is great, and there are cute indoor and outdoor playgrounds for the littles. As a working parent, it isn't easy to send your child to daycare for so many hours per week. The teachers made us feel so at ease when we enrolled and our little one has adjusted well. I highly recommend Panda Play School if you are looking for a daycare!
Sara HornDec 26, 2024I don’t have enough good things to say about Panda Play School! It was very difficult for me to leave my baby after being home with her for 6 months but Alicia and Alyssa made the transition to daycare so much easier. They are communicative, friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care for my daughter. The facility is clean, welcoming, and bright. My daughter is never hesitant going to her teachers and welcomes them with open arms when we drop her off. Stacey, the director, is professional and responsive. I feel lucky that my daughter is in such great care now and for years to come. Thank you, Panda Play School!
Avery SewallMay 10, 2024We enrolled our daughter at Panda Play School when she was 3 months old, and her teachers have been amazing with her since day one. She has been there for almost 3 months now and we are so happy with the daycare. Miss Alicia and Miss Alyssa are top notch teachers and I fully trust them with my little girl. She genuinely seems happy when we drop her off and all the updates we get throughout the day give her dad and I peace of mind while we are at work. We love Panda Play School!
