Ms. Patricia is extremely controlling toward both staff and families. She does not take parents’ concerns seriously and instead uses them to place blame back on the parent rather than addressing the issue. She avoids direct communication, requiring everything to go through her staff, she appears to keep them on edge. My daughter was told she could not return to the daycare with very little notice and for no valid reason. After terminating my daughter’s care, Ms. Patricia refused to release my daughter’s belongings and medical records. She stated that I could only pick them up on a Sunday, a day I am not available. Because my daughter’s belongings and medical records were being withheld, I contacted the police to request an escort. When officers contacted Ms. Patricia, she made false statements, claiming that she had told me I was not allowed on the premises at all, which was not true Due to these actions, I would not consider this daycare a professional or appropriate environment and would strongly advise parents to consider other childcare options.

shoelightDec 30, 2025My child attended Peace for one month, and it was truly the most stressful experience of my life. The owner is unprofessional and bullying - shaming parents for things as minor as wet collars because babies drool and long finger nails. She micromanages everyone, including the parents, watching on cameras and audio recordings to listen to and critique everything you say or ask the teachers. The final straw for us was when she withheld food from our three-month old for SIX hours, allegedly because the milk was frozen. It was not, which I know because I stood outside with my baby in single degree temperatures while the teacher checked every bottle. And even if it was frozen, do they not know how to heat a bottle? And even then, you call the parent and do every thing you can possibly think of to feed a screaming infant. We did not know there was an issue until we came to pick him up at 5p.m. and he was shrieking uncontrollably. We pulled him out that night and moved to Ladybug, where the teachers felt like an extension of our village - not an adversary making us doubt every instinct we had about parenting. Do not consider this place. I have absolutely nothing positive to say.
Kayla DriessenNov 18, 2025Love this place, love the people, they really take care of them, my baby always happy to see they teachers. I just love this place🙏❤️ I really recommend this to anyone who wants a safe, lovely and professional place for you babies.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️▪︎ ☆☆☆☆☆
Jezz GarziaAug 27, 2023Called to see if this would be a good for my 8 month old .Asked about drop off and pick up times and pricing and all the lady kept saying was” the first step is to come see the place “ .I want to know if I am wasting my time .Which I was indeed was. Get there she leaves me standing outside in the cold for 5 min after peeping through the door.Tells me sit down like 10 times like I’m a kid waiting another 20min in the front .Mind you I have my baby like who wants to jump and touch things etc .She comes and tells me to sit again so she can open the door ,like huh lol ?What does me standing hinder you from opening the door ? Anyway tour lasted 10seconds she opened and closed the classroom door says I can’t come inside the classroom for “ safety “ but listen I’m potentially leaving my kid with you 5+ hours a day I need to know what he’s sleeping ,what toys his playing with ,the floor is it clean etc ?Then asked if I have any questions . The hours online are not correspondent with the hours they told me in person ,said Mon/Tues they close at 3 not 6. All in the end to tell me they don’t have space for new kids at the moment ,they have added my name to the waitlist and will give me a call. They have not 1 great review and I see why . Please don’t call me I am not interested .
Allison SibandaJun 15, 2023I had left a review before and was deleted, I wouldn’t waste my time if I didn’t care for the next person to not experience what I went through with this place. As soon as your child has any kind of incident, Patricia will take no responsibility or action and put the blame on you, the parent. I had an incident where she would blame the teacher when the teacher had said the whole opposite and stated she followed orders from Patricia, as much as I tried addressing the issue, I was talked down to when Patricia was confronted. I pulled my girls right out of there and when I went back to have an adult conversation and pick up my girl’s belongings, I was denied the entrance by the teacher because Patricia couldn’t even show her face. I felt so ashamed and disgusted at someone who I trusted my kids and our personal information with.
