i went in for a tour and the director i believe her name was tammy was very off putting and some what disrespectful, not very knowledgeable. the building itself was very cluttered and not very clean. not bringing my child here unfortunately
Katlyn FritchFeb 13, 2026As a former nanny and daycare teacher plus a mom to 3, finding nurturing, caring, supportive childcare is of extreme importance to me. We have been beyond blessed to have found Playhouse Academy for my 2 small boys. I have no concerns dropping off my boys to them. I know the teachers will care and love them like family. Everyone here is kind, supportive, knowledgeable and equipped.
Jenna SchnittkerJan 22, 2026I have been very please with the staff at Step by Step. I had custody of my great-grandchild for a year now. He came to me with with a lot of issues. The staff was fantastic with him. He loved school, and was learning so much. He came to me non-verbal. He left there speaking and singing, he loves singing. They kept me well informed. I was very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone!!!!
Mary StraussApr 7, 2021How does this place have all 5 stars? What a joke this place is a joke! It's this daycares 100% fault why my daughter is behind on learning. Same story were going to move her up were going to move her up been saying that for 2 yrs. and never did but they move up kids that just started and that are younger than she is. Makes no sense a bunch of liers. All they are are babysitters Comment will probably be removed because its a negative comment. They remove negative comments so people don't see how they are. It's ok we're sending her somewhere else a place that will actually teach kids things. Get them ready for school
