My son had the pleasure of attending this facility, and 4 stars is not enough. When a parent makes the decision to send their child to a daycare u want to make sure your child is safe, his or her needs will be met and learn as they grow. I made the best decision when I placed my son in the care of Precious Hearts. At first nervous about sending him to strangers being a first time mother, I regretted allowing family to watch him as I worked. The owner is an amazing woman along with her staff. This daycare taught my son skills and prepared him for a school setting, they do field trips and allow parents to sit in and observe whenever they feel the need too. I am forever grateful to have met an extended family that poured into my son and I and will always give this facility big praise. THANK YOU TO ALL of you who had a hand in my child’s care, growth and development. It takes a village and this was my village and I hope those who read this review allow them to become yours.
Molly BrownJul 21, 2025While I can go into great detail about my experience here I’ll be more than generous. The thought of this daycare being in the community to service the community is needed. When some daycares give you the run around this daycare will in fact work with you. As with any establishment there are great employees and less than stellar ones. With that being said, while there are a few things that are lacking, a major one in my book has to be accountability. When a mother picks up her child and he has bruises on both arms, someone needs to be able to explain that and explain it right. The day that adults put in the place of caring for our little ones find themselves lying about how injuries happen is the day that I start to question if they’re any good human left in the world. While our situation is what it is, know that how our situation was handled was not okay and this daycare and the person that assaulted our son will pay for what they did. If not by the hands of the law, I do believe in karma. Especially when you hurt a helpless child. Educators are put into place to educate, if you’re unable to handle a toddler and their toddler way of being, your certification should be question and maybe you’re in the wrong line of work.
