  • Both our children have gone to Primetime. We have had a great experience with them. They have been great to our kids and our kids like going there. Some of these other reviews appear to be old and when there were other owners. Lisa took over the business and her and her daughter Lauren do a great job. Our girls love their teachers.

  • My daughter went here for almost a year and we both loved it! Everyone is great to work with and wonderful with children. They do fun and memorable activities for the kids- sending them home with pictures too! If we had not needed to move for my work, she would still be attending.

  • Prime Time 2 is fabulous! They helped my son transition to a daycare setting after being home with family. All the teachers know him so well, even those not in his classroom, and are always willing to go above and beyond. My son is excited to go and comes home talking about the great day he had.

  • The owner Irene was very helpful in the beginning at getting my children enrolled and started in a reasonable time frame. Over the course of my children’s enrollment I’ve paid my fair share of being a few minutes late to picking up my children. Each time I was charged $1 per child per minute- based on their policy. When it came to co pays I was told to pay cash. Lisa never wanted to take a credit card when offered because it would tax on a extra charge on my end. When reviewing a recent invoice that I felt wasn’t accurate I confronted a girl named Lauren when picking up my children. I was completely set off and told the lady that they are being shady with money and money hungry and that I will be switching my children’s daycare. The next morning I brought my children to drop off as the week was already paid for and was stopped by a women named Lisa (Lauren’s mom). She dismissed my children from the facility and said we weren’t welcomed back. Lisa mentioned she called the state and BBB on the situation and that they are backing her side. I left and contacted Irene via email. Later in the day I received and email back clearly not from Irene. I called the daycare this morning and Irene didn’t want to hear anything I said, wouldn’t let me talk and said I’d just be issued a refund. She never let me apologize for my behavior nor lower her tone of voice. Overall this place needs to be investigated by the BBB and shut down.
