  • Primrose has truly been a second home for my boys. I toured multiple schools before choosing one where I felt confident my children would truly thrive, and Primrose stood out immediately with its exceptional curriculum, including Spanish enrichment. The teachers are well prepared with engaging lesson plans, and the kids don’t even realize they’re learning because everything is so fun and interactive. I especially love how nature is incorporated into the curriculum. The children grow food and learn about life cycles, which creates such meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. Primrose is also the only daycare we found that uses the Renaissance STAR Literacy Assessment. The teachers are highly qualified, educated, and genuinely dedicated, with very little turnover. The teachers, front desk staff, and director are always approachable and kind. One of my sons graduated from Primrose in 2025 and was more than prepared for kindergarten. My younger son will be graduating this year and continues to thrive. The consistency and care provided truly set Primrose apart, and we are so grateful to be part of this amazing community.

  • We’ve had the most amazing experience at Primrose Naperville Crossings! It has truly been the best preschool and Pre-K program we could have hoped for—caring teachers, thoughtful activities, and an environment where our child thrived. There was never a single issue; only amazing memories. We are so sad to be leaving, but so proud as our daughter heads off to kindergarten. Thank you for everything!

  • My son has thrived at Primrose since the day he started. We had been to a couple daycares before this, and I could tell he never truly felt comfortable. We have been at primrose for less than 2 weeks and he already walks into his class with no tears and excited to go! His language has also truly flourished since he started. It makes heart happy to see how happy and loved he is. The communication through the app is top notch as well. I receive several pictures throughout the day of activities he is Participating it. Overall, I cannot recommend anywhere more. What they promise, is what you get!

  • From the day we toured Primrose Naperville our daughter felt like she was home. She connected with the teachers and even started interacting with the other kids as we visited the classroom. Our daughter loves her teachers, classmates and everyone is so welcoming and helpful. We are so happy to be part of the Primrose family.

  • Our family was fortunate enough to experience Primrose's Infant classroom. Miss Davy and all of the teachers in the room are truly beyond words. The love and care they show to our daughter is more than we can ask for. they are so observant and communicative and help make us better parents. Additionally, their office staff is absolutely wonderful. Working with Kaelin during enrollment and Jennifer during scouting, both have made us feel so welcomed and held our hand in getting our daughter situated. I cannot say enough about this school and our experience this far. Due to our situation, we have had our children in 3 different daycares in the area and I can say wholeheartedly that Primrose's teachers and staff have been the best we have experienced. Primrose may not have the "biggest" or "prettiest" classrooms, but the level of care and attention they have for your child is incomparable and 10/10. If you are stuck between where to send your child for daycare, let this be your sign that you have found the right place. My only regret is not having found them sooner.

  • I cannot write enough positive compliments about this school. Due to a move across country, this was the third Primrose, my son has attended and by far the best one. The supportive staff and teachers are excellent and truly care about each child and their education. My son really enjoyed his time there and established an excellent rapport with his teachers. We’ve never had any challenges and if an accident occurred (which boys will be boys, run around, fall and bump their heads), the staff took immediate action and informed us promptly. The curriculum is top notch, there’s special events like reptile and magic shows, they teach basic Spanish and offer extra circular activities, such as Soccer Shots, which not all Primroses offer. I highly recommend this school.
