⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My son started Pre-Kindergarten program in 2025, after Montessori school.What I want to say that I saw good results right away. The teachers are amazing—so kind, patient, and truly invested in the kids. From day one, they made our child feel safe, happy, and excited to go to school. The program is a perfect balance of learning and play. We’ve seen such a big improvement in our child’s communication skills, confidence, and overall development. It’s clear that the staff really care about each child and put their heart into what they do. Communication with parents is also excellent—we always feel informed and involved. I very recommend Primrose!!!
olga olgaApr 27, 2026My daughter and I took a tour here about a month ago and I’m still thinking about the team! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this team really cares. Warm welcome, sat us down in a private- quiet room, provided a coloring activity and juice box to my daughter - while myself, the director and assistant director spoke. Their questions were so intentional and you can just tell they cared. The whole facility was clean, I loved that there bathrooms are semi private for the kids in the classroom, and the teachers were so sweet to let my daughter sit in and do an activity and dramatic play while we observed how she’d adjust. Best tour we took within the area. A+ team!

The school is beautiful and super clean, but more importantly, it has this really warm, welcoming vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The teachers are amazing; they always seem genuinely happy to be there, which says a lot about the leadership. Communication has also been great; they keep us updated on what’s happening using an app.

The owner is kind, approachable, and knowledgeable. It's obvious she and the staff care about the children and the quality of care they receive. I'm confident the children are in capable, caring hands. Highly recommend!
Kaitlyn AdamsJan 30, 2026From the moment my family walked in Primrose we loved it, felt very welcomed! My son has been at Primrose for about a year now & I have nothing but great things to say. From the administration to all the teachers they are all so loving and caring! My son loves it here and LOVES his teachers to the point where on the weekend he will ask for Ms Jackie and Ms Manisha! This was his first time attending daycare and Hayley has made it the best experience yet. I would recommend this place to everyone. I can’t thank you enough for everything you all have done ♥️
Alyiah OrtizJan 30, 2026We loved our old daycare so when we moved to a new town, we were torn to have to switch daycares. We toured several but essentially went with Primrose of East Aurora. From day 1, our kids were welcomed and loved. There was no transition period, they just fit right in. My kids have cried when I pick them up because they want to stay longer. Some weekends, they have asked if they can go to school. They love it there because the teachers feel like an extension of family. The administrators are wonderful, friendly, and down to earth. Hayley does amazing things for the teachers and families. We love it here and so do our boys!
