Love this school! My children attended for 4 years and we loved every one of them. We’re so sad to have no more kids attending! The teachers are caring, supportive, while also guiding learning in all aspects. Both my kids were more than ready for Kindergarten after attending Primrose!
Rachel PriolaJun 5, 2026We have had an excellent experience over the last three years at Primrose St. Charles West and I write here with an enthusiastic recommendation. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of my children. The teachers and front office staff take the time to understand each child's specific needs and worked closely with us to ensure those needs are met each day. Our children have always felt welcomed, supported, and valued in the school. Their communication is a strength. Whenever a concern or issue arises, staff respond quickly, professionally, and with a clear focus on finding a solution that works for us, our kids, and the class. We are informed of even minor changes, for example, the kids had to spend time in a different room for part of the day, and alternatives are offered up whenever possible to ensure we are always comfortable with our children's care. Their proactive approach to communication gives us confidence and peace of mind knowing our child is in great hands. The Primrose curriculum is truly stellar. They manage to cover a wide range of topics in depth and at an age-appropriate level. The ways in which the children gain hands-on experience with each learning module is impressive and my kids often come home with new 'fun facts' they have learned. Their literacy program had both of my kids reading well before leaving for kindergarten. Last, one of the things we appreciate most is Primrose's commitment to inclusion. From celebrating holidays from a diverse group of cultures to incorporating lessons on each family's uniqueness into every day classroom discussion, at its core, the school highly values each member of the community and recognizes all the ways that make each child special.
Lauren GibsonJun 2, 2026We’ve had a wonderful experience at Primrose! When our son was transitioning schools and preparing for kindergarten, the team went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and confident. That support meant so much to our family during a big change. Our daughter is currently enrolled and is learning so much every day, it’s exciting to watch her grow and develop new skills. The teachers are warm, attentive, and invested in the kids. We also really appreciate how engaged and accessible the directors and owner are. They know the families personally and are always there to greet us with a smile and a friendly face. It genuinely feels like a community here, and we’re so grateful to be a part of it!
Roma DaguroMar 3, 2026We have been part of this daycare family for a little over 2.5 years, and our experience has truly been remarkable from day one. My son is very shy, and watching the teachers adjust their approach to make him feel important, included, and safe has meant everything to us. The big hugs, the sweet acknowledgment comments, and the genuine care they show him daily have made such a huge difference in his confidence and happiness. We’ve seen him grow in so many ways socially, emotionally, and even academically. He is more confident, curious, and eager to engage with other children and teachers, and that is a testament to the incredible environment this daycare provides. What first drew me in was actually a simple phone call with the owner 2.5 years ago. I had called just to ask about availability, but instead of giving a quick answer and ending the conversation like I had experienced with other daycares, he stayed on the phone and took the time to understand my situation. He was relatable, understanding, and genuinely interested in finding a comfortable, consistent solution for my family. That level of care and intention is rare, and it immediately told me this place was different. Every teacher my son has had including the directors has been warm, inviting, kind, and incredibly attentive. They go above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where children feel encouraged, supported, and celebrated for who they are. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in, and it’s clear the staff truly love what they do. I never worry when I drop him off because I know he is in loving, capable hands who genuinely care about his well-being and growth. Choosing this daycare was one of the best parenting decisions we’ve made. This isn’t just a daycare it’s a second home where children are valued, celebrated, and given every opportunity to thrive. We are beyond grateful to be part of this wonderful community.
Angelica VelazquezFeb 24, 2026Primrose has made our transition to a new town so seamless. Sending your child to a new school can be daunting at first, but Mr. Patel and the whole team at Primrose has made us feel comfortable since the moment we stepped through the door. Our son is thriving and that alone makes it all worth it. I would 100% recommend Primrose School to anyone looking for child care.
Spencer WehdeSep 8, 2025This daycare/school is fantastic! Our 15 month old was only enrolled for 2 months, and we saw HUGE improvements in her vocabulary, sign language and overall development as a toddler. The relationship formed with her teacher and teacher assistant was lovely to see. Our daughter found comfort in the teachers almost instantly. The communication to parents was wonderful throughout the day to see that she was having a great day at school! All of the staff, directors and owners truly care about the students, other staff and the building. I highly recommend enrolling your child at Primrose St Charles West.
