We currently have two children attending Primrose School of Winfield, and our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Our toddler is almost three and has been here since he was six months old, starting in Infant 1 and moving through each classroom. We also have a 9-month-old in Infant 2. When my husband and I were deciding on childcare, we carefully considered many options, but ultimately chose Primrose because of their curriculum and the warmth of their staff, and it has exceeded our expectations. Our toddler has had such a wonderful experience over the past few years and has participated in so many enriching programs like yoga, Music Fridays, gardening, outdoor play, painting, and even fun holiday parades. The teachers and staff consistently go above and beyond, and we have always felt heard and supported as parents. Our toddler can sometimes have a hard time with drop-offs, but the teachers handle it with so much care and patience, which makes a big difference. Most importantly, our children are genuinely happy there and feel loved every day. We also feel that our toddler is very well prepared as he heads into preschool next year, His independence and confidence have grown so much, and we truly believe that’s thanks in large part to the Primrose curriculum. We feel incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful school so close to home.
Lauren AdcockApr 16, 2026Primrose has been amazing! Our daughters have been in school there for the last year and every aspect of the experience has been great- the engaged teachers, thoughtful and hands-on administrators, curriculum and beautiful facility. Our kids come home happy and they are clearly well cared for and stimulated the entire day. The teachers and front office are both excellent with communication and clearly care deeply about early childhood education. The director, Dr C, is always going above and beyond with fun activities for kids and families both in and outside of school to create a nice little school community. Highly recommend Primrose of Winfield to anyone looking for a high quality school and peace of mind of knowing your kids are being well taken care of throughout the day. Updating to add: if looking for a summer camp with good hours to cover working parents, the Primrose Adventure Club has been a great option for us! Each week is themed (space, superheros, community helpers, teamwork, etc) and infuses some secret learning/kindergarten readiness along with fun activities. My daughter has had a blast, 4 meals a day are included and the care and teaching is top notch!
Amy MarkeseFeb 24, 2026Our family loves Primrose! Where do I even begin? Every drop off and pick up, every single person we'd encounter at the school would say hello/goodbye to both us and our son (remembering his name!). Everyone was smiling and seemed happy to be there, which speaks volumes about the way the place is run. Our son loved his teachers and his friends at school. They send a lot of updates throughout the day and we loved seeing our son learn about and practice new things! As a 20-month old, he'd come home and ask us to do yoga.....we would always say "Welp! School taught him something new today!" We also loved the artwork they'd do. Such a holistic experience...Couldn't recommend a better program to put your child in. An absolute dream!
Dan FletcherOct 27, 2025We’ve had a wonderful experience with Primrose Winfield. The teachers are excellent—warm, attentive, and clearly dedicated to the growth and well-being of each child. They create a nurturing learning environment where students feel safe and supported. One of the standout features of this school is the involvement of the owners. They are hands-on, approachable, and genuinely invested in the success of both the students and the staff. It’s clear they care deeply about maintaining a high standard of education! I highly recommend Primrose Winfield to any family!
Annie HSep 25, 2025Prim Rose Winfield has been a great experience for our son and our family as a whole. Casey started at five months old full time, we are seven months in (Casey is 1 year old) and have had nothing but gratitude and peace of mind. All of the teachers know him and love him, every day has socialization and developmental activities. All Prim Rose associates know my baby, know us and are very friendly, communicative, and accommodating. Everyone presents as professional and happy to be at work. I LOVE their no cell phone policy. There has not been one diaper rash. Everything has been well organized, timely responses, and a daycare where Casey wants to go to every day and my trust is solid. Thank you to everyone at Prim Rose Winfield!
Katy CapitoAug 9, 2025This is not a daycare. This is a full education system that focuses on each child. In less than a year I am now able to have full conversations with my daughter and she is constantly asking to learn more. Her social abilities have skyrocketed compared to before entering primrose. This is a solid combination of admin and education staff that truly cares about the children from remembering sunscreen to a food diet that literally makes me jealous while I eat PBJ at work. The teachers have bonded with my child to where I’m worried how hard it will be when she leaves for the next grade. The administrators will literally bend over backwards to accommodate you as long as it’s in the best interest of the child. Again this is not a daycare where you drop your child off in a play pen. This is a place where children are getting educated on life and book skills. Also on Fridays they have snacks and no one yells at me when I take one. So six stars.
