Mine, my wife's, and my child's short experience here at this daycare was an absolute nightmare. My wife and I were absolutely scared to try daycare for our one year-old son. By the second day of daycare our nightmare came true. We sent him for the first day no problems at all. The second day they messaged us and said they were sending them home without socks on because he walked to a wet spot on the floor we were wondering why he didn't have shoes on (they made us by house shoes for him to wear inside.) We brushed it off, no big deal. Then my wife picks him up, same day, he is running to her with the teacher right behind him. With his wet socks on and shoes fully untied crying his eyes out. Then she notices he has a busted lip. She immediately asked what had happened. They claimed that no one seen it or that anything happened, so my wife left. I went the next morning and asked what happened to my son. They were not able to give an explanation at all. I asked for an incident report and never got one. I repeatedly asked her for an explanation for the busted lip and then the owner Paola, told me that my son had had the boss lip since the first day I dropped him off. She also then said "Kids sometimes get that from sweating and sleeping too long". I was absolutely livid. I have gotten my son ready every morning I think I've noticed if he had a busted lip, then she sat there and told me to my face "no that's not a busted lip." I definitely know what a busted lips look looks like, and that was one. Her husband is a cop in the same district as her facility and she definitely thought she had the upper hand. I had to ask for an incident report four times before I actually got one. The owner, Paola, showed no remorse or sympathy when I told her I wouldn't be bringing my son back. She said "I'll have his stuff ready at the front desk." I'll never trust another daycare because of this experience. I usually don't leave reviews like this, but if I can Save another family from going through this and then I definitely will. And on top of it I picked up my son's things and saw one of the teachers over aggressively changing a child as I walked out. My son has been so happy since I stopped taking him there. Definitely a true nightmare
Mario CastilloJun 20, 2026When I first moved back to the SW side, I was hesitant on my sons options. I had him at a local daycare and they tried labeling him, Juli never wanted to go in, he would cry and cry. It broke my heart and I just knew I needed to find him a new space. Then I met Ms. Pao & all her staff & I fell in love with her space and her values. My son is two now and thriving. He speaks and understands two languages and is learning at a very fast pace. As an educator myself I know that someone that is a good teacher needs to have a passion for education, care, and the socio emotional being of the students they service. That is when you see your littles flourish. Truly her daycare is a blessing and I hope this helps a mom or dad out there who is worried about their child’s care while they are at work or away.
Melissa QuirozFeb 11, 2026I love this daycare. I came to them super hesitant and worried because my son had a bad experience at another daycare. The owner of the daycare reassured us that our son was in good hands and she was right. They were nothing but warm, loving, and caring. They had a structure and routine that helped my son thrive. Their consistent communication reassured me that he was with people who cared for him and helped him grow. He was more than ready for preschool by the time we left. We loved it so much that we considered not leaving because my son loved it so much there. We trusted them like they were family. We have such a fondness for this daycare. I am so thankful for the care that they provided my son. It is truly an amazing place!
mariaelena lozanoSep 8, 2025We had such a wonderful experience with this daycare over the past year! Every teacher was always super kind and caring toward my son. He would come home excited every day, eager to share all the fun activities and lessons they had done. I especially appreciate that they only spoke to him in Spanish, which really helped him become a fluent speaker. You can genuinely tell how much the staff love working with the kids, and that made all the difference. I’m sad that he’s not going there anymore, but we will definitely be coming back once my youngest is ready. A huge thank you to Paola, Leidy, Naty, and Andrea — we love you all and are so grateful for everything you’ve done!
Ana MaganaSep 4, 2025We are so delighted with the care and attention our child received during her time at daycare. From the moment we enrolled, the staff was incredibly welcoming and supportive. Paola was very informative and supportive in helping both our child and ourselves through the transition of starting daycare. As a first-time mom, trusting someone else to watch my child was a decision that required a lot of careful consideration and research to ensure their safety and well-being. Paola encouraged me to begin potty training when she noticed my daughter was both mentally and physically prepared and I can honestly say that her help and support made the potty training process so much easier. The daycare predominantly taught in Spanish, which was a key factor in our decision to enroll our daughter, as maintaining her Spanish language skills is very important to us. Our daughter is extremely shy and guarded, but Paola and her staff helped instill confidence in her. We observed a positive impact on her development and social skills as a result. Our daughter just started her first week of preschool, and I can honestly say that enrolling her in this daycare was the best decision we ever made. She didn’t cry on her first day and is clearly well-prepared for this new transition. We are incredibly grateful for the role Paola and her staff played in her development. If we ever have another child, I know exactly where we'll be going. We miss Paola and her staff deeply! I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a loving and enriching experience.
Isabel CerdaAug 26, 2024My child attended daycare from March 2022 to October 2023. Enrolling my daughter in daycare with Paola was the best decision I could have made. I loved that she was predominantly taught in Spanish, I was constantly updated through an app, and most of all everyone there was attentive and loving towards the kids. My daughter loves her Paola and her Evie! As a first time mom, I was very thankful that Paola shared some of her knowledge about child development and milestones. As well as helping us through the potty training stage. I feel daycare has prepared my daughter to succeed in a school setting and has helped build her social skills in interacting & playing with other children. She is currently excelling in a dual language preschool program. We will miss Paola & Evelyn! And we continue to refer new parents to her daycare services.
