Love Raindrop Learning Center. It’s not your everyday daycare. The environment encourages kids to interact with each other daily while learning in fun and creative ways. They balance play, creativity, and intellectual development really well. It’s a great place for children to grow, socialize, and build confidence.
Kenneth ClayMar 7, 2026My son started attending Raindrop when he was 5–6 months old, and he’s now 14 months. As a first-time mommy, I was extremely apprehensive about separating from him and leaving him with people I didn’t know. During my initial interview, I met with Mrs. Williams. The moment my son saw her and reached for her, I felt an immediate sense of peace. I’ll be honest, I had more separation anxiety than he did! I cried on his first day, but the staff reassured me every step of the way. Aaron has always been a pretty chill baby, and he adjusted so well, which spoke volumes about the environment they’ve created. The love and care they pour into my son truly makes Raindrop feel like family. The communication is unmatched. I receive updates for every diaper change, every meal, when he goes down for a nap, when he wakes up, and even what snacks he has. They also send photos and videos of the activities he’s participating in, which gives me so much comfort throughout the day. The facility is very clean — they clean in the morning and again at night — and it shows. I feel completely comfortable and confident sending my son there every day. Since starting at Raindrop, he has progressed tremendously. They are sharpening his fine motor skills, helping him form words, encouraging creativity through painting and play, and now he’s dancing and full of personality. Watching his growth has been amazing. Choosing childcare as a first-time mom was not easy, but Raindrop has exceeded my expectations. I’m a very happy and grateful mom.
LaMonica OliverMar 3, 2026My daughter started attending this facility shortly after turning one, and in a few months she’ll be five and completing her final year here. The growth I’ve seen in her has been amazing. This Black-owned and diverse childcare center has provided a strong early learning foundation. My daughter now speaks in complete sentences, uses big words, can add and subtract, and confidently writes her full name. The education and care she’s received here truly show. I’m very grateful to the staff, especially Mrs. Williams, Mrs. Taylor, Mrs, Trotter, Mrs. Walker, Mrs. Craft, Mrs. Stewart and Mrs. Scott. Thank you all for creating such a nurturing, supportive, and educational environment for our children. ❤️
ToyFeb 20, 2026This is a really good daycare and I know our baby is well-taken care of! If there was any complaint, I wish I could drop him off in the classroom, but I understand that dropping off the kids in the lobby keeps the germs and any classroom disruptions out. We look forward to being a Raindrop family for the next few years.
Ida Samuel-ClayDec 12, 2023Best DayCare I know on South Side of Chicago 💯
LowEnd 4LifeJan 6, 2023This daycare saved my life! The staff treats myself and my children as if we are family. My kids come home everyday with new skills that they have learned and happy faces. The facility is always clean and nicely decorated. Every meal includes fruits and veggies which I absolutely love. They really go above and beyond with everything that they offer. We’ve been with raindrop for about 3 years now and I’ve been at peace every day while I’m working and my kids are in their care.
