I genuinely loved this daycare so much, my son was having so many reports sent home from his previous daycare but I switched him and I never had any problem with him whatsoever. They know how to take care of your children and they treat them as if they are their own family. This is the best daycare you could send your children to in the area. They helped me so much with my son’s speech delay as well after a few weeks he was speaking better. If he didn’t have to go to kindergarten he would still be attending. He has been out since August but anybody that is having problems at other daycares I will always and forever recommend Mr Kristy and her staff because they do not play about these kids.

There is a lot of comfort and peace with sending my son to this daycare everyday. I don’t worry about anything. And he loves it!! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for daycare needs.
Ashley BJun 8, 2023My Experience with Step By Step has been nothing but AMAZING my children enrolled January 2023 I have a 6 month old 5 year old autistic son who struggled in the beginning with behaviors and is speech delayed with the help of the staff my son has adjusted so much and can speak so much better I also have a 4year old who has been learning so many things and expanding her curriculum my 2 year old is learning to be potty trained his ABC and so much more Mrs Kristi And her husband have been nothing but a big help for my family the staff are wonderful they really care for your children and prepare them for the next steps in they’re lives to getting you kids ready for preschool or kindergarten it’s one of the best daycare facilities in the area ! 10000000% RECOMMENDED

Andrel ArringtonMay 22, 2023This is surely the best daycare of all Lake County. My 4 year attends, he’s been here since January. He has speech problems that require speech therapy yet is so active. He wasn’t fully potty trained either. Within his first few weeks not only was he fully potty trained but he was giving 3 word sentences. His pronunciation has improved drastically. The owner, the front end staff and teacher are so caring and loving. This daycare cares about the parents and students. My son daily rushes to get dressed to see his friends as he say and the entire staff. Let’s not get into his huge love for Ms. Ya ya Tiggs and her assistant. Children show signs of being unhappy no matter with whom, but my sons runs in to greet everyone and to his class. He don’t even want to tell me bye or see you later lol. If he doesn’t show up to school Ms.Tiggs always check on the well being of her students. Overall prices are great, the cleanliness of the daycare from front to back is impeccable, staff always so warm and welcoming. They always host activities for the children. Owner is always there to give support to parents, children and the best beautiful staff ever. Thanks Step By Step for your dedication and service to my family and the local communities of Lake County.
