I do not know if this is the location that was at the streamwood splash pad today, but watching how adults speak to the kids is completely heartbreaking. Very miserable, and mean employees and I feel very sorry for the children. If you do not like kids maybe do not work with them. Very shameful. If your child attends ANY of these locations I would HIGHLY reconsider leaving them with any of these people.
Devin SteeleJun 19, 2026While we were of course nervous as new parents leaving our 7 month old daughter for the first time, the staff at Learning Tree Algonquin are incredibly caring and attentive and our worries quickly disappeared. Our daughter loves coming to daycare each day, and we're so glad we are a part of the Learning Tree family. We are also very grateful that they were able to accommodate us for part time daycare (3 days/week) while other centers would have required we find another family on our own to cover the other 2 days. Can't recommend them enough!
Camden WebsterNov 20, 2024I can’t say enough amazing things about The Learning Tree Algonquin! When I moved to Algonquin, I was relieved to find such a fantastic center nearby. Having come from another provider, I was initially apprehensive, but The Learning Tree has truly transformed my family's life. My son has made significant progress - his speech has improved, he socializes wonderfully, and his confidence has grown. Every time we visit, the staff welcomes us with warmth, making us feel like part of their family. Miss Sophia and Miss Angie are incredible individuals who radiate warmth and kindness. They help ease the guilt of having to go to work, making drop-offs much easier. They know my son’s personality and are genuinely invested in his growth and happiness. I feel fortunate to be part of this supportive community, and I plan on being a part of The Learning Tree family for many years to come. Sue and her phenomenal team are simply the best, and I can't thank them enough for everything they do!
Samantha AllowayNov 4, 2024We absolutely love the Learning Tree and we can't recommend it enough! We were nervous sending our baby to daycare but this place and the leadership quickly put our mind at ease. Our son is happy going there and we have peace of mind that he is well taken care of and is learning new skills and socialization. The teachers are wonderful - they are attentive and are very communicative. The leadership is also excellent! Mary has gone above and beyond to accommodate us and answer all of our questions. If you're considering Learning Tree just do it - you won't regret it :)
Dinah WhitchurchMar 1, 2023Both my son and daughter have been going here for years and we couldn't be happier! The staff is caring, attentive and treats our children like their own. We have done preschool and the summer programs and the kids always had a great time and were well taken care of. Recently we enrolled our daughter in the enrichment program where she learned how to cook which help strengthen her fine motor skills, measuring and their senses (touch, smell and taste) and my daughter loved it! Couldn't recommend Learning Tree more!
Fletcher OliverFeb 16, 2023We love the learning tree! My kids are so loved and taken care of here, everyone feels like family. Both my kids are learning so much, they truly enjoy going everyday. They eat so well, the building is clean and safe while also being very comfortable. They've made some cosmetic updates to the building, and it is just an adorable building in town! They spend time outside and have many different activities for them to stay healthy and busy. Hygiene and hand washing is prioritized, which I appreciate so much! The entire staff is phenomenal, the child to teacher ratio is taken very seriously, and it's clear that the teachers are passionate about what they do and love all of the children. I can't recommend this center enough.
