  • DO NOT bother with this place !!! They will close unexpectedly with zero notice, don't answer their phones My fiance went to drop our daughter off, called 7x beforehand to try to see if they were open / had an infant teacher, they didn't answer. So he gets there and they tell him they don't have an infant teacher on sight. They don't call or text to let anyone know when they're closed, which is constantly, or when the teachers won't be there to watch your children. If you need care so you can work, go somewhere else. The amount of work we've lost because of how short staffed and unreliable this place is is insane. Just don't do it. We're currently having to find another daycare

  • Do not, and I repeat DO NOT send your kids here. Just look up the owners name. They never have consistent staff. So my 4 year old has been put into the 1/2’s off and on for a couple months now. They have zero communication. They close a lot. They faint to report incidents that to then here about from your child on the way home.

  • The Little Blue Wagon has been fantastic for our family! The teachers are caring, the facility is clean, and the play-based learning keeps my child engaged. I also love the accommodating hours, which make scheduling easier. Knowing my child is safe, happy, and learning gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend this daycare!

  • Heartbreaking Experience – Little Blue Wagon is Completely Unreliable I used to be one of Little Blue Wagon’s biggest supporters. I even recommended them to other families, believing that the wonderful teachers and nurturing environment made it a great place for children. Now, I feel nothing but guilt for ever placing another family in this situation. What was once a place I trusted has become a disaster due to absolutely terrible management. The mismanagement my the owner, Janene, isn’t just frustrating—it’s devastating. The toxic environment for staff recently forced out one of their director-qualified staff members, leaving them with only one person who meets the necessary qualifications to run the center. This is not just an administrative issue; it has real consequences. Without enough qualified leadership, the daycare’s ability to legally stay open is unpredictable at best. And that unpredictability has already become a serious problem. Within just six weeks, they have shut down for five days without clear communication, leaving parents in a constant state of uncertainty. No one can get a straight answer on whether these closures will continue or what their plan is to fix the situation. The emotional toll of this chaos has been overwhelming. I was left with no choice but to transition my children out of the care of teachers they love, not because I wanted to, but because I simply could not rely on this daycare to stay open. Trying to explain this to my children—who had bonded with their teachers and felt safe with them—was heartbreaking. They didn’t understand why they had to leave a place they loved, and quite frankly, neither do I. Knowing that I once encouraged other families to enroll here makes this even harder. I hate that I may have led other parents into the same unreliable and emotionally draining situation. Adding insult to injury, I was promised a credit for the missed days but was then denied it when I followed up. Instead of taking responsibility, management essentially called me a liar. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Worse still, the owner is consistently rude—not just to parents, but to staff as well. It’s no surprise that they are losing great employees, but it is absolutely tragic that children are the ones paying the price. If you are considering Little Blue Wagon for your child, please think twice. No matter how wonderful the teachers are, it means nothing if the daycare itself is unreliable, untrustworthy, and incapable of basic communication. Until major changes are made, I would never recommend this place to another parent.
