She said the smell was off and she said a staff member told a kid, his mom won't come because he wouldn't listen. Like come on they are literal children. My daughter said she asked if I would come back, a staff member said "no" during the nap. She started crying.

Andrea LawsDec 9, 2024We couldn't be happier with our experience at Shorewood Early Learning Center. The care and attention given to our children have been outstanding. The staff is incredibly warm and nurturing, always going above and beyond to ensure that each child feels loved and secure. Sam and Becky have the most loving hearts and make the environment such a warm and welcoming place from the moment you step in you are family. They really go above and beyond and we will be forever grateful for them and all the girls. The compassion all the teachers provide is unbelievable and really means the world to us truly! Our kids have thrived in this environment, and have learned sooo much thanks to the engaging activities and educational programs that stimulate their minds and creativity. The facility itself is clean, safe, and well-equipped, providing a perfect setting for learning and play. We particularly love the indoor play area for rainy or snowy days! Ohh did i mention they do school pictures and super fun activities year round?! Communication has always been clear and consistent, making us feel confident and informed about our children's daily experiences. We are truly grateful for the peace of mind that comes from knowing our kids are in such capable and caring hands. What really makes this place stand out that our kids run and are so happy when they see their teachers! We Thank you to everyone at SELC for your dedication and extremely hard work. We highly recommend this daycare to any parents looking for a top-notch child care that truly cares!!
