I’m sad I have to be making this review as I’ve had a great experience up until now, but children’s safety is number one and this needs to be known to other parents that are trusting these untrained, unknowledgable “teachers” with their children. While at daycare my one year old son’s “eyes were rolled back in his head for one minute, his body got stiff, and he was groggy and off balance for a hour after”. The way I was notified of this seizure was through text. I did not see this until 2 hours later. They made no calls to me, 911, my fiance, his grandmothers (who were all on the emergency contact list). They handled this situation with zero urgency or worry. During his “groggy” period, and before I saw the text so I could go grab him, he also got bit by another child so he clearly was not be intently watched or cared for after he just had a seizure. They sure are quick to notify your child to get picked up with a very low grade fever from teething, but if it is a REAL medical emergency, they do nothing. This 100% qualifys for neglect and abuse and I am so angry and upset at myself for sending my child to a place with such clueless, untrained, and unprofessional staff. Please, if you care about your child’s well being do not let them walk through those doors and put there life in the hands of these so called “professionals”. And if you are a parent, and would want urgently notified if your baby’s eyes were rolled back and his body was stiff for ONE WHOLE MINUTE, this is not the place for you. For the rest of my life I will think about my baby, groggy, offbalnced, and sick sitting there for 2 hours before anyone gave him real love, care, or help. We headed directly to the ER and the doctors were absolutely mortified that they didn’t act as if it was an emergency. I will never let my friends, family members, or loved ones send anyone they care about to this facility and have reported this incident to all the correct individuals -dcfs-licensing agencies- and so on(who were also absolutely disgusted on how this was handled) and I am confident they will be investigated this and the daycare will have to make some big changes in hopes to give the kids there a safe environment, which is the bare minimum.
Emma KinkelaarAug 29, 2025Heather was unprofessional with me and accused me of having an order of protection I told her it was dismissed she did not care..here's the photo/proof shame I had to even defend myself like this and all I wanted was pictures to see my kids on brightwheel. So I will be recommending my kids don't go there because there mom works there and treehouse has been rude, insulting and helping in divide dad from his babies so biased towards me. As we are separated but I still want to stay up to date and involved in my kids progress. Thanks John holt
John HoltSep 1, 2022We have taken our daughter here since she was 10 weeks old & we absolutely love it here. All of the teachers/aids are over the top friendly and welcoming. Our daughter is almost 1 year and gets so excited when we start walking towards to doors! She's always so happy to see the workers! The ap they use that keeps us updated throughout the day is also great ! We've never had any problems and would recommend the tree house to anyone!
Kayla BlairNov 10, 2021Our 3 kids have always gone here. The staff is very professional, and it is apparent that they love your kids. Our 5 year old recently graduated from their preschool program and everyone there went above and beyond to make it a special day. I would recommend Treehouse to anyone.
Sky ManJun 22, 2021It is apparent the teachers in the infant room enjoy what they do. The app the daycare uses helps keep communication open and in real time throughout the day. We especially appreciate that they respect our parenting style and try to do what's best for each individual baby.
Lexi NiemergMay 12, 2021This is an excellent daycare and preschool. My children have attended here for the past year and a half and they absolutely adore it! The teachers are all very welcoming and truly love the kids. It makes me feel good knowing my children are loved and well cared for while away from home.
