I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown by the school’s director. Phone calls are met with complete indifference—no urgency, no empathy, and no willingness to help. Emails go unanswered for weeks, if they are acknowledged at all. As a parent, it is unacceptable to be ignored when trying to address legitimate questions or concerns about my child. This level of non-responsiveness reflects poor leadership and a disregard for families. Communication is a basic responsibility, and in this case, it is consistently absent.
Serena ZFeb 5, 2026I cannot say enough great things about Trinity Early Childhood Center. My two kids, one of whom has mild autism, have thrived here. The teachers are incredibly compassionate, patient, and skilled at tailoring their care to meet the unique needs of each of my kids. They took the time to understand my child's sensory and emotional sensitivities, creating a supportive environment where he feels safe and understood. And, their willingness to collaborate with us on strategies to help him stay regulated has made a world a difference. For my other child, the teachers provide a nurturing and engaging atmosphere where she could explore, learn, and build friendships. The curriculum is well-rounded, balancing structured activities with plenty of time for creative play and social interaction.
Teddy HsuFeb 11, 2025I am incredibly happy with the experience my kids have had at this school. The teachers are warm, caring, and truly invested in the children’s growth and development. The environment is welcoming, safe, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning through play. My kids have got so much progress in such a short amount of time, and it’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the kids. My two kids love this place. I would highly recommend.
Fiona MaJan 23, 2025The Trinity Early Childhood Center (TEEC) has a convenient location near the Nequa Valley High School and the 95th Public Library, making drop-offs and pick-ups super easy and allowing for extra activities in the area. The staff and teachers are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every teacher seems to genuinely care about my child and knows their personality, interests, and needs, which makes me feel like my child is seen and supported. One of the standout features of this daycare is its flexible scheduling. As a busy parent, I really appreciate the option for partial weekly attendance—it’s been a lifesaver when juggling work and family commitments. The daycare does a great job of creating a warm, engaging environment where my child feels safe and happy. Overall, I’m grateful for TEEC. It’s a perfect blend of convenience, care, and fun for my child. I feel confident knowing they’re in such capable hands and are growing socially, emotionally, and academically every day.
Yong ZhaoJan 19, 2025My daughter loves Trinity! It’s her first school and she’s looking forward to it every day. All the teachers are very nice and care about the children. My girl is sharing her school life when she comes home with smiles. Parents are able to know the kids school life with pics and videos via Brightwheel. There’s also Christmas program each year to see your child singing and dancing on the stage. Those are definitely memorable moments for your family!
Yuzhao WangJan 17, 2025We are so grateful for TECC! Our oldest daughter graduated from there, and we saw her grow and thrive during her time at the center. It was a bit difficult for her to leave TECC when it was time to transition to kindergarten, which shows how great the center is. Now, our second daughter is also attending, and our experience continues to be just as wonderful. The staff is always warm, kind, and genuinely cares about the children and families. We appreciate everything they've done to create such a nurturing and supportive environment.
