Ms.Reshanda was great, so sweet and I could definitely tell she had a passion caring for children. On the other hand the facility was closed with no prior notice for families to find other childcare. Lynette (the owner) never directly notified me to tell me the business was closing, I had to hear from another parent. Once i was aware of this i contacted her and received no response, on Friday, the same day I heard the news. The following Monday I contacted her again and she told me she would call me back in 30 minutes didn’t hear from her until the next day at 5:30am and she stated that the daycare was closing(for personal reasons) & she could continue to watch my kids at a home address. I declined. This was so unprofessional and really inconvenient for me and i’m sure for other families. Wouldn’t recommend 0/10.
