This is my son 30 years ago. He was so happy to go to school. Head Start helped him so much, to be social, to be a member of society, just a really shy kid who grew out of his shyness after being around people that had the patience for him. I soon went to work for Head Start. I've been there 31 years and hope to be able to bring there a little longer.
Denise KaemkeNov 22, 2024Great school for low -income families! Flexible, teachers and staff are very friendly, and helpful. A new playground has been set up. Parent/child activities are set up and they go all out with the resource’s they have.

Alfredo GonzalezOct 25, 2024I've been a participant of this one center since before COVID back in 2020 so I'm very familiar with the staff and teachers in the Elgin location. I've never met a group of wonderful people who devote their time and patience to the local children of this community. The services this program offers really have saved me in so many ways and I can imagine the many families they currently serve feel the same way
Sonia AlbarranOct 25, 2024This school is amazing, my daughter went here. They always do fun activities for the kids as well as prepare them for kindergarten! They help detect your child’s needs such as speech. My daughter needed speech and they helped her right away. The teachers and office staff are great. I would highly recommend them for your young ones. Also very affordable
Jessica MaldonadoOct 16, 2024I absolutely love this place, the staff goes above and beyond .. from Denise to Michelle to Robin they go out of there way to make sure the kids have and get what's needed . I was so sad for my son to start kindergarten knowing he would be going to school and no longer at this location , we miss u all! And keep on doing such a wonderful job you guys really made a huge!! Difference for me and my family! I also just wanted to add that not only are these your jobs, but you can tell you guys are not there just for a check and you truly care about the kiddos and there family! Thank you all we love u!
