  • Thay had me thinking that had a spot for my 2 year old son.we did all the paperwork had the caseworker fax what they needed from her. Soon as they seen that he is a special need child they don't have any room for him....

  • Choosing this daycare was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our child. They love our child like their own, and that level of care is rare. My child talks about their teachers constantly and has learned so many new things that blow me away. They keep the children safe, happy, and excited to learn. I will always appreciate the kindness, patience, and dedication this daycare gives every single day. This place is family to us now.

  • On June 30th, my sister Alexis was wrongfully served with a cease and desist letter from Whiz Kidz and a letter from the daycare stating Jordyn was kicked out of the daycare. Never had to talk to her about anything she has done, never have given her any warning or anything. They had all Jordyn stuff bagged up and his art projects all crumbled together all sloppy. They said their reasonings for it was that she was making altercation while dropping her son off in the morning & that she was making the teachers and other parents that drop their kids off in the morning uncomfortable. Also stated she was running her mouth to other parents that bring their children there about the daycare. Mind you she is in & out of the daycare faster than any other parent at drop offs and picks ups. The teachers and other parents had no idea & thought it was crazy. They were also shocked because they also said, she was in and out under 2 mins. She has always communicated any issues that has went on. One including them adding charges without letting her know the changes, when she called Shelly asking her about the charges she demanded saying she can replace Jordyn’s spot by tomorrow. My sister told her she was being very unprofessional, and all she wanted to know what the chargers were and that she would like to know if it was her in her shoes. She’s Always was kind to the teachers. Even after the director not once but twice called her about incidents that has happened with Jordyn, That she made up the story then when sister got there it was a whole different story. One including a nose bleed that they couldn’t get it controlled after bashing it off of a teachers knee. Which she addressed the teacher that is she’s getting calls to rush from work that she would like facts and not a made up story. A couple weeks prior to that she confronted my sister in the parking lot asking her about having Jordyn on a wait list at the Y which my sister told her it was false and wanted to continue to address her about it. As my sister was talking which Shelly (the owner) and Melissa (the director) about them serving her and my sister sticking up for herself stating everything is hear say & the owner Shelly also stated it sounds like a bunch of mixup then chose to text her and still decided to kick him out of the daycare after waiting 3 days for a response “due to damage already done”. After their conversation in the office she also stated she was so happy they had that conversation and called her mcKenzie. . LOL. She also asked to see the proof on the cameras since she said she had it & ignored her about it. Today was his last day, by the time my sister had dropped him off and picked him back up they already had another child’s stuff in his cubby with his name tapped out. My sister has always made sure Jordyn has everything he has needed in the daycare has never had a late payment they have actually had to credit her account multiple times. I just want to spread awareness about this daycare, and how unprofessional the owner and director is & how they treat families. Do not trust your children at this daycare.

  • I put in a request for additional days in April with Child Care Connections. At the time there was plenty of space in the room my daughter was in. Two weeks away from finally getting an answer (two months into it with Child Care Connections...JUNE) I was then told they weren't sure if there was space for her. And did not get any reason why or when they would know otherwise. They then started dodging me in person, not returning phone calls. Later this was all blamed-on training and such with their staff and everyone "being so busy." When I left a note with the assistant for the director to call me when she got in, I was told I would get a call back that day, I did not, but instead received a letter in my daughters cubby for me to stop talking to my daughters teachers so long in the morning and make drop offs brief. Excuse me?! Everyone talks to me too...how else would I know my daughters lead teacher's child was having surgery the week prior?! Crazy message it sends that you cannot return my call, but you can leave such a snotty letter for me. She starts at a new daycare tomorrow and I couldn't be happier. If I could give it one star, I would. 0/10. Treat your existing families better. COMMUNICATE BETTER. Tell people issues in person instead of leaving hurtful letters.

  • I am very pleased with all aspects of this childcare facility. They work with our kids tentatively and do lots of educational- fun activities that my kids enjoy. The pricing is another mentionable trait of this facility to boast, the flexibility and understanding from the director has been phenomenal. Thanks again Whiz Kidz!

  • Not a good daycare my children declined going here they shutdown and reports were not as consistent or detailed enough. Kids sense energy and they did not feel comfortable enough to potty consistently here as they were trained at home but sent with diapers and were so nervous they would go in the diaper. They cried and screamed and went against authority because the staff had no patience with children and had no breakdown of the curriculum. They also got sick immediately here, I am not sure if it’s sanitized and disinfected areas. No security access to rooms. They are now at a new daycare and have done a 360 back to where I had them before going to this place at the new daycare they potty consistently, gravitate to the teachers and students, they are no longer sick, and their curriculum is clear and kids are advancing quickly. Daily reports and at new daycare the staff are patient and the kids do not cry or scream, they feel at home.
