Take your kids out of here NOWWWWW!!! They stole my 4 year olds 14k earrings and shoved her in a chair and told her to shut up. My daughter pointed out the man who did it. I asked to view the cameras and they said they don’t work. When I confronted the owner she was very unprofessional and cussed at me. Please don’t bring your children here!!! Also the owner has charges of stealing money and other serious charges.
Andrea HarjocheeMay 26, 2026My child is in the preschool program at Silver Creek and I was referred to this daycare because the school will bus them back and forth from there. I had my concerns about A New Dawn before she even started, but with my time line being what it was I didn't really have many choices, so we enrolled her. My kid didn't even make it two whole days before I was called and told they were not equipped to handle my child's special needs and was told she was a liability. My child is not special needs. She has ADHD and has never been in a daycare environment before so it was overwhelming for her. Their inability to care for my child properly is concerning. I feel like they really didn't even try. She is big for her age and stubborn and they didn't want to deal with her that's the bottom line. DO NOT send your children here.
Kathy FugateApr 28, 2026I HIGHLY recommend not coming to this daycare. I was abused when I was younger. I was traumatized and still am to this day. The stuff they did to me is unacceptable and shouldn’t be allowed to have kids in this unsafe environment. Take your child out of this daycare to ensure their safety. They used to drag me across the floor and yank me around etc.

Nunya BinessMay 13, 2020My son gets bites and hurt on a daily basis. My other two daughters vet sent home with head lice like every other day even though they been treated every other day. Lost two jobs due to this daycare. Would not recommend to anyone with kids.
JOct 9, 2019My son came home with several bites, head trauma twice, bruises and chipped tooth. Very rough center. Would not recommend!!
