Bright Beginner's Academy

We absolutely love Bright Beginnings Day Care! The staff is warm, caring, and truly treats every child like their own. The communication is excellent, the facility is always clean and welcoming, and the activities they plan are both fun and educational. You can really tell they are passionate about what they do and genuinely invested in the growth and happiness of the children. If you’re looking for a daycare that feels like family and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Bright Beginnings Day Care.💛

I’m not sure exactly what is going on in regards to staff and directors at the daycare, but my children have attended for 2 years. I’ve gone through a lot and so have they. BBA has become like family. I’m thankful they are staying open, and I wish everyone the best. God sees it all and He works all things out. Lots of love to everyone ❤️🥹🙏🏻

We received the kindest call from BBA to fill us in on what is happening. We were left confused and hear me out we LOVE it here and have never experienced this before, not on snow days, never. The current manager Sanella told us the daycare was closing but not to worry she would be opening one soon with the same staff. Messages were confusing, they would be closed, they would be open. Come to find out as the manager Sanella was just randomly closing on days she didn’t have staff scheduled or couldn’t find coverage. Sanella did not update communications and Sanella received 4 complaints from parents so when she was corrected by upper management she has since retaliated and said she’s starting her own. Julia was super helpful and poor thing has been trying to catch up and set everything back to the truth. I sure do hope Sanella is fired, I am shocked the owners are so graceful as a manager responsible for so many parents this is unbelievable. I really appreciate the call we got to set things straight. We will be sticking with BBA I can’t imagine how she’d run her own business or what type of people she would hire. They have such a nice outdoor play area, great ratios. Both my babies love it here.

BBA has always been an amazing experience for us. We love it here and they have always been good to our family. Unfortunately it seems like the current manager Sanella has said she’s starting her own day care… she’s asked staff to leave, told them she would pay them double and since then caused chaos leaving parents frustrated. She told us parents the day care was closing and she was starting her own. Which BbA after speaking with the owner is NOT closing. She does not care because she’s launching her own day care and trying to burn this one down before she leaves. She’s not answering phones, responding or actively working on staffing. She seems to be intentionally causing distress to have families leave. BBA is a great center, this is really unfortunate shame on her. What a terrible thing to do to families and this place. This is someone who was hired to run BBA and trusted to be a manager, hire and train exceptional staff and has done a poor job the past 12 months. After speaking with the owner they’ve had the worst turn over they’ve ever had, and they’ve lost the most amount of families. We will be staying with BBA and definitely not moving to someone who has already showed their true colors. This is really important to talk to other families about the recent turn of events. She had a responsibility and is being paid very well to take care of BBA. Shame on you Sanella taking advantage of the owner especially after he is recovering from a heart attack this year. What an awful person.

I can't say enough wonderful things about BBA. From the moment we enrolled our child, we felt welcomed and supported by the caring and dedicated staff. The atmosphere is warm and nurturing, making it a second home for our little one. What truly stands out is the incredible leadership of Sanela, the Director. Her passion for providing the best environment for the children and her staff is evident every day. The staff loves and respects her, which creates a positive and unified community. I’m so grateful for the love and attention my child receives here, and I wouldn’t want them anywhere else. Thank you, Sanela, and all the amazing team members, for everything you do.
