  • My grandson goes here and he is doing very well he has a speech therapist who comes once or twice a week and the staff works along with her My grandson's speech has improved so much. They are ranked a 3 by the state and that says a lot. Children's behavior begins at home it is the parents responsibility to teach them that to be unkind, disrespectful, hitting other children and staff can't be aloud safety of the children and staff and themselves comes first and there are steps that they go by they they just don't kick them out! When I have come in the staff are friendly and take the time to talk with me I have never experienced a unfriendly interaction with them. I have ran in some of the staff and parents outside of the daycare and we stop and talk. The relationship I have formed with them is nothing but friendly. Thank you for all you teachers do and the patience and love you show our children.....

  • Disappointed with Policies and Lack of Understanding of Child Development. My grandson son attended Brilliant Minds Daycare for two years, and I’m deeply disappointed with how the center handles normal toddler behavior. Instead of working with children through age-appropriate challenges like hitting or tantrums, which are expected at this developmental stage, they repeatedly send children home. This approach doesn’t teach or support the child; it reinforces negative learned behaviors and creates major issues for working parents. After two years of attendance, it’s disheartening that the solution offered was a “behavioral contract” limiting my 2 year old grandson’s attendance to only 4 hours a day. That’s simply not realistic for a parent who works full time, and it felt like a way to avoid addressing behavior rather than helping my grandchild learn and grow in a supportive environment. The administrative staff also suggested a behavioral therapist to come in and observe to provide feedback on how they could help him. His family doctor states this is normal toddler behavior and that he has learned if he acts out he gets to leave. When challenged as to their approach and how this has now become a learned behavior, I was told they are resorting to this policy as kids in kindergarten are getting expelled in schools, as well as safety for other toddlers and staff. He certainly isn’t walking in dressed in a mask and a backpack armed with deadly weapons. He has come home with multiple scratches, bites, bumps, bruises. It happens. It’s also worth noting that the daycare has had frequent staff turnover, which makes it difficult for children to form stable, trusting relationships. After all this time, it’s clear to me that the center prioritizes convenience over care and doesn’t truly invest in the children’s development or well-being. Should have used the notes displayed to other parents about smelling like marijuana and having cell phone conversations that consists of arguing while picking up their children would result in their children being removed, as a WARNING, never would have expected a 2 year old essentially being removed while hiding behind their 4 hour a day contract. I certainly expected a daycare to provide care, patience, and guidance—not removal as punishment for being a toddler. I hope the administration reconsiders their approach to child development and family support.

  • I switch my kids over to this day. Here. They are very professional, and they do care a lot about their children's there. They're very outgoing. My kids love going to daycare every morning. The great thing about this daycare is that they do transportation for school
