  • I’m super late to post this review as it’s been years since my kids have attended here. This happened a couple months of being open. My then 2 year old was pretty much kicked out (without being kicked out if that makes sense) for her attitude and tantrums. The main lady literally told me she was the worst kid they had and that they didn’t have anyone else who behaved the way she did. Mind you this is a toddler. They told me she might be better off elsewhere. Then they started to say that when they changed her diaper she would say (ouch or stop it) something along those lines. Then began to accuse me of neglect while being subtle about it. I shut that down real quick and said how do I know that whatever they’re accusing me of was happening there in their care? She wasn’t expecting that and got real quiet and defensive. Anyways, I pulled my kids out and got them into a much better daycare. These people don’t know how to handle kids clearly, I would not recommend.

  • We encountered an incident where my 14 month old came home with perianal bleeding. He’s never had issues with hard stools & has never had bleeding in that area before (or after). Teachers were supposedly questioned by their superior & no one noticed/reported any bleeding. We then verbally requested that the footage be reviewed. It took them OVER A MONTH’s time to review the footage and when they finally took the time to review the footage, we found out the completely wrong day was reviewed. That same day we were informed that their security camera footage is only stored for 30 days and today marks the 31st day since the incident occurred, which conveniently meant footage from the day we requested had been deleted only hours ago. If I were in the daycare’s shoes & knew there was no foul play, I would’ve immediately showed the parent our camera footage to get them off of my case but I’m not the daycare. In fact, I spoke to a director of a different daycare and she said she would’ve done just that. All that to say, beware! Make your own assumptions with the information I’ve provided. Pulled both my kids out that day. I felt like my concerns were pushed aside and the situation was not handled with urgency.
