Bumble & Bloom Early Learning Center Lebanon

We love this daycare! I had a lot of anxiety about finding affordable, reliable and trust worthy care for our 7 month old son. Especially because we did not have the best experience at a previous daycare. This place checked all of our boxes. It’s so nice to get regular updates throughout the day and fast responses in the app to any questions we have. We are always looped in when new team members onboard and any changes that are made. Our baby truly loves it. He lights up when we enter the building and is all smiles when we take him home. His teachers care so much about him and give him loads of attention. Cassidy is amazing. She is always on top of it, great at communicating and works incredibly hard to make sure every kiddo is well taken care of. We’re so impressed by her! Regarding another review about cleanliness. I’d much rather the team be present, playing and taking care of my child during the day versus worrying about a few crumbs on the floor. HOWEVER, we pick up our kiddo pretty late (5:30-5:45) and it’s obvious they clean up at the end of the day. Floors are clean, toys are put away, tables wiped down, etc. They also wash all sheets, blankets, etc every weekend. We highly recommend this facility!

Cassidy goes above & beyond to continuously improve family experiences at Bumble & Bloom Lebanon. She consistently acts with integrity & transparency which in turn has built trust with the families who attend. Of course there are hiccups as there are within any business, but overall, her commitment to professionalism truly stands out. Highly recommend for those in the Lebanon area seeking an educational and safe environment!

My husband and I recently toured this daycare while looking for childcare in the Lebanon area. Unfortunately, it wasn't the right fit for our family. During our visit, we noticed an odor throughout the facility, as well as food crumbs on the floor, toys scattered around, and cots left out. It gave us the impression that the center was not as clean or organized as we were expecting. We were also surprised when our guide stepped outside onto the playground wearing only socks, even though it was only for a brief moment. While this may not be a concern for everyone, it stood out to us. We were told that the facility was currently training new staff members. While we understand that hiring and training are a normal part of running a daycare, combined with our other observations it left us feeling uncertain. There was also some confusion at the start of our visit, as we were initially scheduled for an infant tour instead of a toddler tour. Overall, we left the tour feeling that this daycare was not the best fit for our family's needs. Other families may have a different experience, but we did not feel confident moving forward with enrollment.

My toddler has been here for a year now. We are very happy with the care and kindness the staff shows. They engage in learning activities and interact with my child via story time, crafts, and play. We appreciate the routine updates given via app and the way Cassidy handles operations.
