Nice place for the kids. The director not so great. During my tour we couldn't get a word in edgewise to explain why we were looking for a new daycare. And she made the comment at least 6 times during the tour about how long she had been working with kids. After my child being there for 2 months it was clear she did not make very good decisions for working with kids that long. She did not seem interested in my child's personality or how we parent but how she will handle certain situations. Not every child is the same and if she had taken the time to listen to what works with ours the outcome may have been different. A couple of the attendants were not very personable. A certain one would just have my child sitting on a tablet every time I picked them up. Otherwise the lead attendant for my child's room was great about daily feedback and very friendly.
WyoKateNov 19, 2025As a first time mom I was very nervous about leaving my child in the hands of someone I don't know, but Stacey and the women at Carousel have completely eased my mind! I know my child is being looked after and treated well. In this day and age you can never take that for granted. I highly recommend the Carousel for people looking for childcare!
