I wholly respect and applaud the teachers and staff of Chapel Glen Early Learning for their patience, dedication and love they show these Kids. Our child has been there for almost 1 year, and we love it. To other parents: Give those teachers and caregivers Grace. Caring for children is more than a full time job! Your child is in good hands. Nothing in life is perfect, but knowing that they have the kids’ best interest in mind gives us Peace. At least so far haha! Thank you CGELA!
Terry PFeb 8, 2026I love the staff here they treat every child like their own. It has a gym inside so that on days they can't go outside they still get to play like their outside. They go all in for the holidays and bring families together. My kids went here and now my grandkids go here and they love it and they love their teachers.
Candie SwanDec 15, 2025My child attended this center sadly a short amount of time. But Sara and Lauren were very understanding of my child health needs. I decided to keep her home because her needs. But they told us we are always welcomed back. 🤗❤️
NatiahDec 9, 2025I am both a staff member and a parent of a student who attends this center. My son absolutely loves his teachers, and I truly feel that Sarah goes above and beyond to ensure that both the children and the staff are well cared for. Every staff member is deeply committed to their students and to creating a warm, supportive, and nurturing environment for every child.
Tesa MarshDec 7, 2025I have struggled on if I should post my experience at this center, but I have decided that people need to be aware before making the decision to enroll here. During my daughter’s time enrolled, I had several issues that required me to contact the director. She was yelled at by a teacher in front of me, had her own things snatched from her hands, and more than once I had to have conversations about how her and I were treated by the teacher. As someone with an early childhood degree and background, I am familiar with the state guidelines and recommendations. Almost every time I went into the facility there were multiple state violations. Safe sleep violations witnessed daily, children being unsupervised in the restrooms, and teachers being more concerned with their personal conversations than greeting parents and children as they come in. Now, Sarah (director) will very quickly listen and “validate” your concerns. I will give her that. She appears to address them which is great. The issue is that the same problems happen over and over. Also, if you do have any type of issue, be prepared for a condescending reply and for the blame to be shifted to you. The staff is not what they are made out to be. I expected nurturing and caring professionals. What I got was the opposite. The only reason my daughter stayed there as long as she did is because she was on a waitlist for a better provider. I have 2 sons that attended there as well. My oldest never went back after the first day due to his experience. My younger son only went because I personally know both teachers he had and know he has a good relationship with them both. Even with that I still had to physically make him go into his room if they weren’t there yet. There are several other things that have happened far worse than my experience, but I will only include mine. I know that there will be a defensive reply to my post with excuses and that’s ok. I know that I made the right choice by removing my daughter from that environment for her physical and emotional health. She is THRIVING and loved in her current center and that has made a world of difference in our family.
Carlie BenefielApr 9, 2025Okay so really I give this place a 0. The supervision is horrible and they honestly don’t care about anything as long as it keeps running! My 3 year old went there and I just pulled her out because another child did inappropriate stuff to her. To the point DCS is involved and I had to take her to Riley! Where was the supervision. About a month ago a boy tried to pull her pants down and then about two weeks ago her hair was pulled out. My child literally told me who pulled her hair out and they know nothing. Supposedly they reported the incident that just happened to DCS however it can’t be found in the system the only reason DCS is involved because I took her to Riley. Literally the worst daycare I would NOT take your child here. Plus because they are a church they get away with stuff however just because you are a church doesn’t make you safe or care.
