Creative Learning Hands

My daughter has been attending Creative Learning Hands for two years now, and I absolutely love this center. She has reached many important milestones and developed numerous social skills during her time there. Ms. Nella and Ms. Elizabeth are amazing, and the director is firm yet willing to accommodate any family's schedule. Mrs.Wells is also the owner of this franchise and i just wanna say how lovely and amazing she is she is great at what she does and knows best. I hope every child (including new) children get to experience this amazing journey throughout! its very professional very demure 🙂‍↕️🥰

I do not recommend this daycare. The state has reportedly been called multiple times regarding their practices. I noticed several concerning issues, such as inconsistent feeding of my child (sometimes only recorded as eating Cheez-Its or toast), lack of clear communication about pick-up times and hours, and poor record-keeping regarding meals, naps, and diaper changes. Frequently, concerns or mistakes were blamed on staff rather than addressed constructively. On occasion, staff were rude and the administration was unprofessional in addressing parent questions or concerns. The safety protocols also seemed inadequate, and the changing of operating hours without notice caused difficulties. Based on my experience, I would rate the safety and communication of this daycare very poorly.

Absolutely love it there and the teachers involved! My girls have only been a couple of days and are already progressing and getting used to all of it. And I love that they update you every day on their activities and also send photos too!

My daughter has been going here for a little over 2 years and tomorrow is her last day before she starts her new journey in kindergarten. She is excited but very sad about leaving. They are so kind and caring and truly care for these kids and it shows. Ms. Diane is great and in the words of my daughter, “the coolest teacher ever!” and she loved Ms. Jackie so much. Brittany put together an excellent team to care for the kids. They do a great job of posting their meals and activities for each day. They also do fun activities outside of school like swimming lessons and field trips to the movies, the museum and sky zone to name a few. We had an unbelievable experience with the Creative Learning Hands family and we are so blessed to have had them be a part of our child’s life!

Our daughter started going here when she was 2 and is now 4 about to start kindergarten early this year. As soon as she started here we could see a difference. They are very structured and actually teach the kids. Everyone there does a great job and they are genuinely good people. I am so thankful for how they got my daughter ready for kindergarten. We will certainly miss them and our daughter will too.
