Raymond BettsMay 7, 2024Everything was just ok when we first started attending this daycare , it was very close to my house and in a good location . However I never agreed with their policy that we as the parents were never allowed to walk our children back to the classrooms . We’re well into Covid now, so I don’t feel like that should be excuse as to why . Felt like there was something to hide in my opinion . They hardly ever update anything in class dojo and I like to be informed of what my kids do daily . My oldest would come home daily and say we watched movies all day , and my kids were sick countless times and I would have to leave work at least 1-2 a week to pickup my kiddos . It cost me a job . To top it off all in the end this daycare called cps on me and stated my children were dirty and weren’t kept up enough . I picked my youngest up a countless amount of times and his shirts were a mess from eating here . I was very insulted and I’ve never had a childcare do this to me . They decorate nice in the front lobby but I’m concerned about how they treat kids here and the ability to call cps on parents for no reason that take care of their children , was very uncalled for . My case was threw in the garbage the next day by the way, never got to thank the director for that one . Please in the future get organized and quit doing this to parents . Also Spanish is hardly ever incorporated in their lesson plans they lie about .
