The Hanna Center is a mix of generations. There's the preschool/after school program and the Senior Center. The Senior Center is membership only for the many tours, excursions and parties that are furnished to the Seniors. We go on trips to dinner theaters, museums, zoos, out to eat lunch, and every Wednesday at 10:30 we play bingo with above-average prizes and it only costs $2.00 per person. You get that back in just one prize you win, let alone winning multiple times. Its all good natured, friendly and a fun atmosphere. The membership fee is only $25.00 A YEAR! And this year we got that back multiple times with just one trip! We have Mystery Trips that never fail to surprise and please. We have Movie Tuesday where we go to the local Theatre and watch a movie and Hanna pays! We have carry-ins, and picnics in the summer, along with cook-outs and special food perks available only to members. Everyone is over 55 y.o and handicapped are welcomed and accommodated on trips. We have a bus to ride in for these trips and we also take Imperial Travel busses for longer trips like to the Fort Wayne Zoo, which we all loved! Every year its a calendar full of weekly activities, free to members. Come talk to Carolyn, and join today. You'll make great friends and gave even greater conversations over coffee and donuts every Friday. There's exercise equipment for your free use, a pool table for our pool players - all free with membership. I haven't had so much fun and laughter in years and regret not joining sooner. I love the Hanna Center and I'm positive you will too!
