  • Horrible! I called a week and a half ago about getting my child into this daycare. The secretary said they should have availability but the director will reach out to me to confirm. She then proceeded to send me all the paperwork needed via email. This was a Friday. On Monday I still did not hear anything so I called and the secretary said the director was not in that day so I should leave a message, which I did. Tuesday comes and I still do not hear anything so I call the directors extension directly. No answer. I called Wednesday and the secretary said the director was away from her desk so leave a message. I said I already left a message and the secretary said “I’m sure she is returning calls.” I did not hear anything Thursday and Friday I called back to get voicemail yet again. It is now the following Tuesday and I have still yet to hear anything! Would not recommend for being unprofessional!

  • My child is on the wait list here, so I can’t speak for how it is, but everyone is prompt to return calls and explain any questions you may have!
