**Update: the owner responded to my wife's negative review blatantly lying and claiming that we did not provide documentation about our son's medical condition. Obviously they are willing to lie to make themselves look better in light of negative reviews. It's pathetic to see this in grown adults and scary to see it in people in charge of running a childcare facility. *It looks like my screenshots may not be coming through in order so I apologize for any hunting around you may have to do. My children attended Hooligan's from infancy and toddlerhood from 2020 to 2025 until they aged out for Kindergarten. About 1.5 years ago my son began having digestive issues. The leadership at Hooligan's showed no willingness or ability to be flexible to his extra needs. They began even falsely reporting the number of accidents he was having. Had I known the extent of the immaturity and unprofessionalism from the ownership I would have removed them and went elsewhere long ago. Unfortunately we were unable to find openings elsewhere and knew that if we spoke out and tried to defend our position, we would risk these petty people canceling our children's contracts with them. I don't say that lightly, we've known people that this has happened with. Their teachers were always wonderful, and my children made close friendships with their peers. I'm posting screenshots of my chats with the owners concerning my son's last few weeks here. This is the finale in 5 years of what I feel to be improper and disappointing leadership from a preschool/daycare. In short, the quality care the teachers give are not enough to make up for the absurdity the owners have shown themselves to be capable of.
Jonathon RollerJun 17, 2025Our experience with Hooligans started out great. The teachers and staff were wonderful. When my son was diagnosed with a medical issue, that changed. We provided the admin all the information that they requested but patience with the issue ran thin, frustration took over and decisions were made that I did not agree with. This lead to my son feeling bad about himself, thinking he had no friends and not wanting to go to school. This was a very stressful time for our family. The education that my son received was great however, the lack of empathy that we felt from the owners greatly outweighed his educational experience.
Chelsea RollerMar 28, 2024My youngest son has been going to hooligans since he was a baby and he is about to turn 6 so he has had a few different teachers and every one he has had he absolutely loves! The staff and teachers at Hooligans are really great people! It's not just a daycare they teach the kids getting them ready for kindergarten! Hands down, Hooligans is the best choice in Anderson! You can trust them with your children and the kids have a great time there!
Samantha McCordMar 25, 2024I absolutely love Hooligans. My baby girl started when she was just a baby and going to the baby house now she is 5 and about to graduate. Those ladies have always taken good care of my baby. They are so kind and so sweet and communication is top tier! I will definitely miss these ladies when our time is up but I don’t regret sending my daughter to Hooligans not one bit.. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART
Johnnettaa JonesMar 25, 2024The BEST daycare/preschool EVER !! 3 out of my 4 children have been attending Hooligan’s Learning Academy since they were 6 weeks old. They are 8, 6, & 5 now. The teachers/staff at Hooligan’s are absolutely amazing. Especially Miss Macy, Miss Shelby, && Miss Logan .. they’ve treated my kids like family from day one! Every single one of them go above & beyond for the kids && make sure they are well prepared for Kindergarten! We couldn’t ask for a better preschool/daycare! ♥️🥰
Kara ButlerMar 21, 2024My twins have been attending hooligans for a little over a year. Staff has always been very kind, patient and their love for what they do shows! They have tremendously helped my boys with a handful of new skills. The boys tell me very frequently that they love their teachers. The crafts they make are so unique and some of the cutest things I've seen ( even while having 6 kids) I highly recommend hooligans and can't wait to see what the future holds for my boys.
