Recently had the pleasure of touring this facility. It was so clean and pretty. I had the pleasure of speaking to all of management and the owner as well. We’ve had some bad experiences with other centers but are excited to move forward with our journey here at kid city USA!
Ally SmithMay 27, 2026This daycare is awful. The owner is rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t care about anyone but herself. She only cares about the money that you pay to the center for your children to be there. They keep staff whom treat children with utter disrespect. And yell at them all day long. I wouldn’t even give this place one star. There are WAY daycares to take your children to where they will be treated with respect and kindness. They don’t communicate with you at all about anything, whether it’s your child or money or things your children may need. Please go some where else.
Nicole MMay 6, 2026Started taking my baby here about 2 months ago . I really like it. My baby is in the infant room. Pros: classroom very much seem to be cleaned and sanitized daily. Lead infant teacher, Miss Chauncey is amazing. The staff uses pro-care app to update us on diapering, activities, etc. They’re always listening to positive music. My child is incredibly clingy and they have no worries about holding them all day. They respect the fact that I don’t want pictures of my child on social media and the director has even hosted a parents night out and my baby did great with her! Sliding scale really makes it affordable as I’m a single mom ! My baby is also breastfed & planning on being plant-based which hasn’t been an issue either—they keep up to date with his dietary restrictions. Cons: Whenever I had him enrolled intially there seemed to be staffing issues. Happens around the holidays so I’m hoping that was the case. Many of the employees have only been there for 6-8 months but the directors and owner have been around for many years it seems. While ratios are sometimes off, they are fixed within 3-5 minutes so nothing super alarming; though an employee did get upset when I told them I wasn’t going to leave until I knew they were in ratio. They also have screen time which I find a bit odd for babies and don’t really let my kid have screen time. The cons are what knocks it down a star. This is all, of course for the infant room! so far everyone has been super kind and the staff seems very focused on creating a positive environment! Most of the kids in the other rooms sound happy and the interactions I do see with my baby from all staff members are always super positive which helps a ton with my anxiety as a new mom and single parent!
carolineelizabeth839Feb 24, 2026I would never recommend anyone to send their kids here they made false reports on me they also illegally charged ccdf when my children were not even going there , I have pictures of them having new borns in the office instead of the infant room , they usually have one teacher with a bunch of other kids of all ages , the director is only half there cause she’s often gone taking her kids to school in the morning so sometimes you gotta sit there and ring the bell until someone lets you in . The teachers curse at the kids which I have recorded that as well .
Maya HansboroDec 4, 2025Kid City USA in Fishers is one of the worst childcare centers I’ve ever experienced. The owner, Angie, does not genuinely care about the children, and the assistant director, Kaitlyn, follows the same example. I have personally seen unacceptable treatment of kids and highly unprofessional behavior from management. This center has a history of reports and complaints for the way children are treated. The food is terrible, with little attention to nutrition or variety. In my opinion, this is not a safe or nurturing place for any child. Parents, please do your research, talk to former staff and families, and look into public records before enrolling your child here. There are far better options in Fishers where kids are cared for and respected.
AdamAug 7, 2025The 5 stars is to Miss Lo/Lauren, she is someone Ik personally! She is my daughter’s bonus mom & she is an amazing woman! The love she has for kids is crazy…as a mother & as a teacher! Now, I personally, do not care for this location, due to personal reasoning…but what I witness every day is Miss Lo doing her thing when it comes to the kids safety & education! We love you!!! On the other hand, I think that there should be more for the kids to do..not all teachers are the same. There is one in particular that I DO NOT care for & think she should be gone!! Had the nerve to tell me that my child has developmental disabilities/issues, which are NOT TRUE! My daughter was the Meridian Park location & I’ve NEVER experienced this before. She will be going back to the other location without a doubt! The teacher made me feel empty inside when she came to me about her not listening to her when she calls her name or would have a “meltdown”! At the time, my daughter was 2..& I have relatives with children who are autistic or have developmental disabilities/issues & I would know the signs…my daughter is not autistic. My daughter had just gotten there 2 weeks prior to that day & it takes a child to get adjusted to a new daycare AT LEAST a month. Sooooo you hadn’t worked with my daughter that long to be trying to diagnose her! I think I would know the difference. & from what I remember, it is against the law to tell a parent those things!! PERIOD!!! & the teacher’s name is Miss Emily. My daughter is only there because of her bonus mom! I would do your homework on this location & some teachers.
