  • We’ve been so happy with our experience here. The camera access has been a huge plus — being able to check in on my daughter throughout the day gives me real peace of mind, especially during the first few weeks. The staff are warm and friendly every time we walk in, which makes drop-offs and pick-ups easy for both of us. What means the most to me is how much I trust this place with my daughter. I never feel anxious leaving her there, and I can tell the teachers genuinely care about her. They’re intentional about her development too. Overall, this is a center I’d recommend to any parent looking for a place that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely invested in their child’s growth.

  • We gave this place a shot for a few weeks but ultimately left. The red flags started early, nobody called before day one to answer questions or check on paperwork/supplies, relying completely on online info instead. Then, on her first day, I wasn't even introduced to her teacher. Everything just felt a little detached. When you’re taking care of someone's child, you expect actual connection and CARE! The only reason we even stayed was because of the cameras, but the vibe was never welcoming, staff detached. Our daughter struggled to adjust mostly during nap time, and her emotional needs were kind of ignored. The final straw was when she felt sick one afternoon. She told her caregiver, but nobody called us, they even admitted they knew she wasn't well but just chose to say nothing, she didn’t play outside either which is not like her at all but we didn’t notice cause no live cameras on the playground. She threw up the second she got in the car and had clearly been miserable for hours. Should have trusted my gut from day one.

  • We absolutely love Kiddie Academy and have had a wonderful experience with both of our kids (ages 1 and 2). All of the teachers and staff are kind, caring, and nurturing, and we love the ability to see what our kids are doing during the day via the app. Our kids love going and are always excited to see their friends and teachers, which is exactly what you want as a parent. Communication with Lauren and Jill, the directors, is top notch and you can tell they both really care about the well-being and success of every child in their care. We recently moved and could have changed to a closer Kiddie Academy, but we couldn’t imagine our kids going to another location.

  • We absolutely love Kiddie Academy of Chatham Hills. The facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming. I was nervous about how my 1-year-old son would adjust, but his transition has been incredibly smooth. He adjusted so well to the staff and the environment, and it’s clear how much care and attention they give him. The communication with the staff has been amazing. I really appreciate how they keep me updated and how engaging the activities are—my son is always stimulated and happy. Lauren, the director, truly stands out. She reassured us that our son was in good hands, and she should honestly be a role model for other daycare directors. Her professionalism and kindness made a huge difference for us as parents. I knew this place was special the moment my son felt comfortable during our tour—he started playing with toys and interacting with the staff in the facility. We’re very happy with our choice and highly recommend Kiddie Academy of Chatham Hills to other parents.

  • We enrolled our infant son at this daycare but pulled him out after just 1.5 weeks due to the poor quality of care and lack of professionalism. For the price they charge, the care is absolutely not worth it. The staff came across as lazy and unfriendly, and at no point did we feel they truly engaged with or cared for our baby. One of the biggest red flags was when I walked in to drop off my infant and the classroom had a 1:5 ratio, which is unacceptable per state law. The adult in the classroom was not introduced to me as a teacher either. I believe it was the cook or cleaner. We also noticed serious inaccuracies in his daily reports — for example, we were told he only ate half his bottles and sometimes only 1 bottle for the day, but we had sent in more than that. To make matters worse, the center went through a director change without any communication to families until multiple days after the change occurred. This lack of transparency and instability made us even more uncomfortable. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our experience and cannot recommend this daycare, especially for families with infants who need nurturing, consistent, and attentive care. I hope this place is shut down and completely revamped with new staff to provide a center that is good enough for all children. I cannot speak to the toddler rooms but parents please look out for your infants and find better care elsewhere.

  • This school is absolutely exceptional. They have been an absolute dream come true for our family. As a parent of toddlers and a preschooler, as well as an educator, this place exceeds all of our expectations, and we had searched everywhere for the right fit. I love that the learning is play-based but also structured with a schedule and curriculum. The teachers are authentic and really care. They’ve communicated so well with us at pick ups, drop offs, and throughout the day with pictures. I love that we as parents have camera access to the rooms during the day. It’s so reassuring. The directors Liv and Jill are so approachable and friendly. The curriculum specialist they have onsite is extremely knowledgeable, and every teacher I can tell really actually cares about our kids. They are always hosting events for the staff and parents. It is just spot on what I want my children to experience socially and academically to prepare for kindergarten. Other places may appear to be great on the outside, but you can’t fake genuine compassion and heart, and this place has absolutely got both. Truly the safest and best environment I could ever hope and pray for my kids.
