Do NOT send your children here! It is just like every other Kindercare. The newest director is rude and condescending, trying to smooth over any actual issues with a fake smile. My sister’s daughter, my niece, was bitten so many times by another child and the amount of times they couldn’t explain what happened is ridiculous! Just because it is a branch off Notre Dame’s tree, does not mean the center will be a million times better. And with there being no cameras, it is truly disheartening and unsettling to just wait to see what injuries befall your child next!
Kaye KayeJul 23, 2026I have mixed feelings about this place. We love the teachers in my kid's classroom and they were the only reason my kid had a good experience here. At its core, though, the school is just another branch of Kindercare. If you have high hopes because of the ND association, as we did, you may be disappointed to find it's subject to all the common setbacks of a profit-driven childcare franchise.

Amora ValentineMay 15, 2026My husband & I have had a great experience sending our 8mo son here. His lead teacher is extremely kind, warm and patient with him. We notice his smile every morning when we drop him off. We would definitely recommend Kinder Care at Notre Dame to our colleagues.
Emma RielyMay 5, 2026Do not send your children to this center. My daughter came home often with bruises and bite marks as well as scratches. I know things happen but this was an every day thing where I received the pink and white slip of paper. Teachers often gave the same response on each slip ‘A classmate did ___’ ‘A classmate bit ___ while.’ And a lot of the time they gave me a basic response while talking to me about it as if it would be fine that my child will come home every day with incidents. I have multiple incident reports in a folder at home just in case it needs to be taken before a judge or police. Horrible management as well. The newest director they have hired, STACY, speaks condescendingly and does not seem to have a empathetic bone in her body. Shame on her. And I have heard about employment here. They cannot keep staff and/or very low on them. I have seen too many different teachers in my child’s classroom and not one is consistent. My daughter had a new lead teacher for some weeks but now she is gone. Notre Dame center or not, it is just like all the others. I will send others to review as well. This one only has fancy looks and words; that is the difference. I hope new parents to this center take the time to read this and hopefully spread the word that this center is rotten. Good luck.
