LeafSpring School at Geist

I can not say enough great things about this school. My son was having a rough time at his previous preschool, and when I started working right next to leafspring, I decided to walk over and just tour. I immediately fell in love with the space! There is so much natural light, thoughtful activities and space for children, and all of the women were so kind and answered all of my questions. I decided to start my son the next week. I expected a huge adjustment period for him, but he seemed to love it so much that it has been a breeze. He is so excited to tell me about his days, what the chef made them for lunch, what activities they did, and what they learned. We have noticed a huge improvement in his behavior, eating habits, and independent play already in only a month. The owner even stopped me one morning to check in on Titus and see how things were going. His teachers, Ms. Suzy and Ms. Alexis are awesome, and I can tell that educating children is a passion for them. I’ve also been very impressed with the curriculum & all they learn and do. The standards are most definitely set high here & that’s exactly what I want for my child. If you’ve been wondering about LeafSpring, I highly suggest a tour. I have such a peace of mind knowing my child is there, learning and being taken care of.

We have been so blessed by this wonderful preschool. It has exceeded our every hope and expectations in ALL areas for our children. The curriculum is exciting for all 3 of our children, from pre-k to the toddler classrooms. Our children’s teachers are very compassionate and attentive. We get updates throughout the day and get to talk over dinner about all the things we saw them learning in picture updates. We’ve had the same teachers since we started. All staff genuinely seem very happy to be there. The administrators and directors, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Hannah, and Ms. Lauren are all very consistent, professional, accommodating, and kind. Justin, the owner, is THE MOST friendly owner and human being I have ever met. He definitely cares about his schools and is very involved and accessible to talk to. Having their nurse, Kelly, right there and in the building is so reassuring for anything unexpected that our children may encounter during their school day. Ms. Suzy and Ms. Alexis have helped my daughter in pre-k learn over 80 sight words, introduced her to reading independently, and she’s doing addition and subtraction problems, as well as learning valuable social skills with peers! All 3 of our children have the opportunity to do yoga and Spanish lessons weekly! Seasonal events and opportunities are happening regularly as well. Their indoor playground is an awesome alternative for the children to still play on inclement weather days. And Caty, their dedicated curriculum specialist is absolutely outstanding to ensure every age group is getting the newest and very best learning opportunities every day. Just a side huge bonus: my daughter is such a picky eater and she loves their food, and our 2 year-olds are almost completely potty-trained with the consistent training of wonderful, Ms. Carina and Ms. Teana. Their vocabulary has sky-rocketed too. LeafSpring at Geist is truly THE BEST learning environment I have EVER seen in early childhood education. If they happen to have an opening for your child, I cannot encourage you enough to sign up! It will be the best thing to ever happen for you and your kids. And just wait until you see their Christmas program!

We’ve had the pleasure of being part of this preschool community for almost 7 years now, with two of our children having graduated from the school and one still currently enrolled—and we couldn’t be happier. From day one, the staff have been nurturing, professional and deeply committed to each child’s growth. The teachers and Admin are truly committed to the welfare of the children. They are mindful of each child’s personality, learning style and emotional needs. Our kids have always felt seen, supported and encouraged here. The curriculum is thoughtfully balanced—creative, play-based learning blended with strong early childhood development principles. We’ve seen tremendous growth in our children's confidence, social skills and early literacy, all while they’ve been having fun and building friendships. Communication with parents is great. We’ve always felt informed and welcomed as partners in our children’s development. The school also goes above and beyond to create a joyful, safe and stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors. This preschool has become like a second home to our family and we’re grateful for the lasting impact it has had on our children. We recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent looking for a loving, high-quality early learning experience.

We absolutely love Leafsprings Geist! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, making us feel confident and secure about having our kids there. The environment is warm and welcoming, truly embodying a sense of family values. It's a place where we know our children are safe, happy, and well-cared for. Highly recommend!

A True Gem of a School! Leaf Spring has truly exceeded all of my expectations as a preschool. From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we have felt completely at ease and confident that she is in the best hands possible. The owner is incredibly involved and genuinely cares about building personal relationships with every family. He goes above and beyond to make sure parents feel heard and is always open to feedback or suggestions for improvement. That kind of leadership sets the tone for the whole school. One of the things that gives me the most peace of mind is the on-site nurse who is present every day. Knowing there is a medical professional on-site at all times is such a rare and amazing feature for a school and speaks volumes about how much they prioritize the well-being of the children. The facility itself is spotless—cleanliness and hygiene are clearly a top priority. On top of that, the security system and safety protocols are top-notch, which makes drop-offs and pick-ups so much less stressful. The teachers and staff are warm, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. You can tell they genuinely care for each child and take the time to make learning fun and engaging. From the nurturing environment to the incredible communication and care, Leaf Spring is a place I would recommend to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and high-quality early education experience. We feel so lucky to be part of this school community!
