New director, new rules, missed feedings, etc. The comments below with 1 star are 100% true. They wait until the end of the day to update the app on your child so you dont know if they are making up times for events or what. Several of the daycare workers have left and the replacements arent that great. They switched apps when the new director took over, we was forced to either carry several hundred dollars worth of cash to pay for child care, or use a debit/credit /ach payment along with a fee of over $7 to process. If you want cheap daycare, this is the place. If you want your child cared for, look elsewhere.

I used to love this facility the old directors and teacher were WONDERFUL!! However now I do not recommend this center for your children! They are have no communication, disrespectful and rude when it comes to your children! If your kids have behavioral issues and needs more attention or stability, they don't know how to handle them and are not trained properly! Ever since the new director Ashley Evans has started this center has been horrible!

My child has went to this daycare since he was 3 months old. And until the last few months since the new director has started I have never had so many issues with this facility. The lack of communication and rudeness! They say they are all about their communication with parents but they are not! The director advised she could offer resources for my child and when I asked about these resources none were giving to us! I would not recommend this facility as long as this director is in control, she is very rude! If I could leave a zero star review I would 100%! I am very disappointed with how this facility has turned out! Please take your child to a different facility. They can’t even keep staff, or keep staff to be in ratio. The fact of having 5 or more staff leaving in 1 month is crazy and should say a lot!

My son attended this facitly since he was born... had a close relationship with all the staff... key word here is had as they brought on a new director who's only purpose is to bring in money which they have decided is by expanding infants and reducing older children... expect no communication to occur between directors/parents/teachers. Director is rude and offered resources but then couldn't provide any when our kid was having issues. Go somewhere else as long as ashley evans is the director. Updated 11/9/25 In response to the targeted allegations from the most recent review, not a word i said here was exaggerated. Also unfortunately biting kids is in fact not age appropriate, and definitely grounds for expulsion. Definitely a friend trying to lighten the blow on the collapse of this facility.

My son has attended loving hearts since he was 3 months old and is getting ready to graduate pre-k. Loving hearts is a second home to him and place where he is loved and supported. They make an amazing effort to make learning fun with hands-on sensory based activities, creative themes, and interactive lessons. It was an easy decision to enroll our daughter as well. I head to work each day knowing they are in capable, loving hands committed to helping them grow. We couldn't be more grateful for this special daycare.
