This is a wonderful, loving and caring church where you 'come as our guest and leave as our friend'. Both traditional and contemporary services are available each Sunday as well as Monday night service. For over 25 years Our Hope's pre-school has offered a safe, family environment for children to grow, learn and develop their faith.
beth alexanderMay 3, 2026Would give the church 0 stars if I could! Have never been made to feel more uncomfortable in a Lutheran church in my entire life! Was questioned immediately and throughly about my Lutheran faith which I’ve been a confirmed member since 1997. But then had to prove my worth once again embarrassingly in front of everyone before they would give me communion. I prayed for these folks to open their hearts when I left I hope that does happen considering it’s 4 days before Christmas. My father is a president and pastor of another Lutheran church close by. This is the reason why people don’t attend church at all. Overall very very disappointing experience!

Vahn ShannonMar 1, 2025Our Hope stays firm to the teachings of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. This small congregation supports a Lutheran school and day care. Located outside of Huntertown, Indiana, Our Hope commits itself to the Word and Christ based teaching, family values, and Christian living.
Karen NollDec 11, 2023Very disappointing experience. I called on a Friday asking if they would accept a 9 month old. They said yes and they could even take him part time at $145 a week and I could come tour Monday. When I toured Monday the director was out so they said she will call me. Come Tuesday, a lady called me to inform me she doesn’t know who I talked to but they don’t take until 1 years old. But because registration ends Aug 1st and my child’s bday is Aug 29th I can’t register him until next year. Total waste of time and complete let down. I would recommend getting your staff all on the same page.
Allison FrankJul 7, 2022Over the past 5 years, my kids have been a part of Our Hope School's various programs including: preschool, after school care, and summer camps. I have always been pleased with the director, pastor, teachers, and office staff. I would describe Our Hope as: caring, easy to work with, great communication, friendly staff, and a fun, welcoming environment. Thanks Our Hope, you have been a wonderful resource to our family.
