We absolutely love Primrose School. From the moment we started, we’ve felt completely comfortable dropping off both our son and daughter each day. The teachers and staff are incredible, they create a warm, structured environment where our kids not only feel safe and loved but are also constantly learning and growing. We’re especially impressed by how they approach teaching and behavior. These early years are so important, and Primrose does an amazing job helping kids navigate big emotions, learn social skills, and become confident little individuals. They instill kindness, manners, and a real love of learning- all in a fun, age-appropriate way. The leadership and staff go above and beyond, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better daycare and early education experience. We’re so grateful to be part of the Primrose family!
Alexandria PantaleoniJun 20, 2025I highly recommend this branch of Primrose School. The wonderful management team along with the amazing teachers have created a great environment for my child. The teachers are experienced and loving. The curriculum is well-structured. The school hours and school days are great for working parents. I truly appreciate all the efforts to make my child feels happy :)
Therwa HamzaDec 20, 2024Our time with Primrose of Gray Eagle has been truly incredible. The long tenure of the teachers and office staff make such a difference in the caring environment we are proud to take our son to every day. We cannot recommend Primrose of Gray Eagle enough. We are so glad our son has the opportunity to grow here.
Leigh HirniseyDec 16, 2024Primrose has been nothing short of amazing. Myself and kids went through a very difficult time in April/May that included lots of changes; with a new daycare being one of them. Changing daycare is not easy but my daughter LOVES school. She has learned so much and actually likes going. When I tell her we get no school for the weekend, sometimes she says she wants to go to school! Sometimes she still wants to play when I pick her up! She has really gotten better with her manners and adores everyone there, as do I. Primrose was a saving grace to me at such a vulnerable time in my life. It’s a great feeling knowing your baby is well taken care of throughout the day and learning so much (with structure) 10/10 would recommend a thousand times over.
Amanda LeeNov 27, 2024Primrose has provided an amazing experience for our 2 children. They celebrated every milestone with us, gave support in everyday parenting issues, and are staffed by the most caring professionals. Before our son attended Primrose, they knew his name and asked about his wellbeing whenever we picked up his sister. Now that our daughter is in kindergarten, they continue to ask about her and are excited whenever she comes in for a visit. Primrose prepared her for Kindergarten so very well - she is already excelling. We cannot say enough amazing things about Primrose.
Emily SimpsonSep 16, 2024We pulled our toddler daughter out the first week on her second day after she was placed in time out for a big emotion. This was her first preschool experience and she’s never been to daycare. Our daughter didn’t hit or hurt anyone, scream or even make a scene. She was frustrated that she had to get up from a table and stop playing when asked and she rolled her eyes. The teacher told me our daughter gave her “attitude” and admitted to me that she made our child stand outside for 3 minutes, runs a tight ship and that she made another child jump up and down after hitting someone until he stopped. This kind of treatment doesn’t help a 3 year old or teach emotional regulation/coping skills— it only teaches isolation, punishment and shame. It wasn’t until we enrolled our daughter in another school that we learned time out is actually illegal in Indiana. Governor Holcomb passed a law in March of 2024. This school looks great, inside and out and is in the heart of a great area. I wanted to love it. If you have a child with big emotions and you want them to learn how to regulate in a healthy way, this school is not a good choice. The director did call me after we asked for more context and then told me with 100% certainty that the whole event didn’t happen. No thank you, Primrose!
