A wonderful place where kids are truly loved, cared for, and encouraged to grow. Thank you for creating such a warm, nurturing, and positive environment for every child.
Sangeetha RasappanJun 5, 2026If you want your child in the hands of UPSET TEACHERS who are not even getting paid (because this place is so unorganized and the checks bounce) then take them here!!!! Your child will come home with worsening diaper rash, you will never be updated throughout the day nor have access to cameras. Disgusting, terrible, and worrisome place to leave a child. This place should not be in business. Managers are extremely rude and disrespectful.
Sydney JohnsonMar 4, 2026Fun & Engaging Learning “This preschool class deserves all five stars! The staff makes learning fun through hands-on activities, music, and imaginative play. My child is always excited to go to school and comes home talking nonstop about what they learned. The teachers truly understand early childhood development and create a safe, joyful environment for every child.”
L.ODec 4, 2025If I could give Primrose School of West Fishers more than five stars, I would. Rosemary started here as a tiny ball of baby curls and curiosity, and from the very first day the teachers treated her like family. They blend structure, creativity, kindness, and joy into every single day. Rosemary comes home singing new songs, showing off new words, and talking excitedly about “science” (which sometimes involves sprinkles). The teachers know her quirks, celebrate her wins, and have the kind of patience that makes me think they might be superheroes. I always feel in the loop through daily updates, adorable photos, and quick check-ins at pickup. Most importantly, I know she is safe, loved, and learning. Primrose West Fishers has given her not just a place to grow but a second home, and for that I will always be grateful.
Kate FitzgeraldAug 11, 2025I really enjoyed the diversity and inclusivity. My children got to meet many different people from many different backgrounds and that is important to me even at a young age. All the staff were welcoming and honest. The open communication regarding my children’s behavior and development helped me understand how to not only help my children in areas they were lacking but also encourage the growth they had.
Nadia PumphreyJun 19, 2025Do not use this location or the Fishers Station location. They’re not sure why enrollment is low…After reading the reviews I’m not surprised. I came here to say everything the other parents are saying. This place has gone down hill. The treatment of staff and children in the facility is the biggest issue. In the last 2 years I’ve heard countless stories of state regulations being ignored, children not cared for and even seriously hurt, management is known to cover up issues until they are glaring. They provide expired food to the children. I ate my child’s snack once during pick up and it tasted terrible- it had MOLD all over it! It was months expired! My child had a head injury (goose egg at pick up) and no phone call when it happened. They were required to call a parent and did not. It’s a revolving door of teachers and front desk staff. The teachers do not have backgrounds in early childhood education like they once did. I’m also told the actual background checks are done in haste and not done well. A couple teachers were fired over the last 6 months for pinching and aggressively restraining or reprimanding kids in 3yo room and 4yo room. The staff aren’t trained properly and don’t know protocol. Do not send your child(ren) here. See my review from 6 years ago. I LOVED this place. It breaks my heart to even have to say this, but it was a mistake to come back. It’s not a safe and loving place it once was.
