  • We have been so pleased with our experience at this preschool! Even with the recent change in management, the passion and commitment to providing high quality care and education for the children has clearly remained strong. It’s reassuring to see that the heart of the school hasn’t changed at all. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed and engaging, helping children learn and grow in meaningful ways. You can truly see the focus on development in every classroom. The artwork displayed throughout the school adds such a warm and personal touch. It’s wonderful to see the children’s creativity celebrated. One of the standout features is the outdoor space. The preschool offers multiple large playgrounds, including a dedicated playground just for younger toddlers, which is such a great bonus. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and organized, creating a safe and welcoming environment. Another highlight is the food program. They offer child-friendly meals that kids genuinely enjoy, which makes a big difference in their daily experience. Maintaining a Level 3 Paths to Quality rating is also a testament to the school’s commitment to excellence. Overall, this preschool continues to provide a nurturing, enriching, and supportive environment for children, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and education our child is receiving.

  • My son started preschool here a few weeks ago. All the staff have been very friendly! My son loves the food they serve. Very happy I removed him from kid city his mood has improved so well. He looks forward to going in each day.we like the gym they have for the children to receive adequate physical activity even during cold days.

  • This preschool has been through a few different management changes over the years, but what has kept it thriving are the amazing teachers who pour their hearts into the children every single day. Carolyn, Kristie, and Lindsay truly love these kids like they are their own, and that gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. Even with transitions in leadership, the consistency of care and dedication from the teachers has never wavered. They create such a warm, welcoming, and safe environment, and I feel very comfortable and confident leaving my child in their care. The passion they have for helping little ones grow and learn is so clear.

  • First, I would like to say that I stopped in today to check this place out and was told it was under new management and ownership and I was glad to hear that. They are currently looking for teacher for the class that I need for a two year-old. I hope they find someone soon and I would love to give them a chance. The lady I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall straightforward.

  • I have read the negative reviews and I can tell you there is new management and staff! The building doors are locked and each parent has their own code to enter the building for staff and children’s safety. The preschool is remodeling each room and buying new toys and learning material. Each room is deep cleaned a couple of times a year and cleaned daily. The staff are trained in cpr and first aid. Each teacher has their cda license or working on it. The staff and parents communicate throughout the day through Brightwheel. Each room is age appropriate and adult to child ratio. It is not just babysitting, each day is structured with breakfast, lunch, snacks. Gym/outside, nap time and learning materials age appropriate for your child’s success in school. They have special events, visitors, parties, field trips throughout the year. The teachers care about your children. Shannon is a wonderful boss and care about your child’s success and will go above and beyond to keep your child at Quality Preschool even when some places would have made the child leave!

  • I regret to say that my experience with Quality Preschool LLC under the director Shannon Hoffman has been deeply disappointing, raising serious concerns about the well-being and safety of the children under their care. Several incidents occurred during my time as a parent there, and the appropriate actions were not taken by the center, leading to a distressing environment for both parents and children. Firstly, there was a complete lack of transparency and accountability when it came to communication about a security camera outage. Parents were not notified promptly, if at all, about this issue, which compromises the safety and security of the children in the center. It is essential for parents to be informed of any potential risks or disruptions to the usual security protocols. The center's failure to address this promptly is simply unacceptable. To date, no resolution has been made to correct this issue. Moreover, it came to my attention that a teacher suspected of physically abusing children was only terminated after a considerable delay. This delay in taking action is deeply concerning and indicative of a lack of diligence in protecting the children entrusted to their care. Child safety should always be the highest priority, and any suspicion or report of abuse should be thoroughly investigated and addressed promptly. I find it completely unacceptable that such a serious matter was not handled with the urgency and seriousness it deserved. In another incident on 5/25/23 the terminated employee caused a disturbance on the premises in the presence of children, necessitating Beech Grove police intervention. This chaotic situation could have been avoided if appropriate measures had been in place to ensure the swift removal of terminated employees and to maintain a calm and secure environment for the children. This event not only disrupted the children's routine but also exposed them to unnecessary distress and potential harm. Additionally, I personally reported a suspected case of physical child abuse involving my own child. Regrettably, the center failed to respond adequately to my concerns. Their lack of action and follow-up was deeply disheartening and demonstrated a lack of commitment to the safety and well-being of the children. Promptly addressing and investigating reports of abuse should be an absolute priority, and it is disconcerting to witness such negligence in a child care center. Lastly, my observations and interactions with the staff indicated a general lack of focus on the well-being and safety of the children in their care. Mental and physical safety should be prioritized to ensure a nurturing and healthy environment. Unfortunately, this center failed to provide an atmosphere where children can flourish, and their well-being can be safeguarded. Considering the numerous incidents that occurred and the center's consistent failure to take appropriate action, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Quality Preschool LLC. Parents should entrust their children to a facility that prioritizes their safety, communication, and overall well-being. It is my sincere hope that the management of this center will address these issues promptly and take immediate steps to rectify the significant flaws in their operations. Our children's safety should always be the utmost priority, and it is crucial for child care centers to uphold the highest standards of care.
