I love Skyrise Kindercare of Center Grove! The staff is so loving and caring for my child. My child has been going there for almost two years and my child asks to go to daycare every morning. When we are driving to daycare, my child will ask if certain daycare staff members will be at the center. I am so grateful for the great staff members!
Hayleigh JenkinsFeb 24, 2026My son who is nonverbal autistic has been going to Kindercares/Skyrise Schools since 2021. We have been to multiple locations since he started. Every location including this one has been totally awesome. Staff has always been wonderful to work with. And my son has always felt welcomed at each center. Very helpful for my family!!
Curtis EverroadFeb 12, 2026My son attends KinderCare and I couldn’t be happier with the care he receives. The staff is kind, patient, and truly treats the kids like family. I always feel comfortable knowing my child is safe, loved, and learning every day. The teachers keep me updated on his progress and activities, and I can tell how much they genuinely care about each child. My son is always excited to go in the mornings and comes home happy, which means everything to me as a parent. I’m very thankful for this center and would highly recommend KinderCare to any parent looking for a clean, nurturing, and positive environment for their child.
Marquise HortonFeb 12, 2026PARENTS BEWARE! If your kid goes here and rides the bus, the drivers are not properly trained nor do they have processes in place when it comes to the bus being in an accident. One of their drivers was driving on the wrong side of the road with a bus full of kids and hit my truck. They endangered my kids and also the kids on the bus and all the other people around us at the time.
Jeremy MccombsJul 31, 2025I am extremely dissatisfied with the way things were at this location. My kids went here for several months. I was very leary from the beginning. They seemed very desperate to enroll my kids. The director even waived the enrollment fee for us. The director of this location was Brittany, but she is now at a different location. She was the one speaking to me over the phone through the whole enrolling process. But when I arrived at the school to do a walk-through. She sat in her office and never made an effort to introduce herself. Someone came out to the front lobby and said she works in the kitchen, but she would be the one giving me the tour. I noticed the place is very disorganized with dirty toys, and the floor was filthy as I was walking through to the baby room. Most of the teachers, especially the people in charge, seem very jaded. They were not happy to be there. But 2 ladies in the baby room that is the size of a tiny bedroom are the only two who were wonderful. They were kinda new there. So I don't know if they are there now. One was Mrs. MADDIE and Mrs. REGINA (not sure about spelling) They were kind and sweet with the babies. The rest of the teachers were yelling and screaming loudly at the kids from across the building. But I was desperate to find a place for my kids due to work obligations. My kids cried hysterically every morning as soon as we got to the parking lot. Even the sight of the building made them hyperventilate. I felt very uneasy. My gut was telling me this is not right. So I went around town in search of other locations and got on several other daycare's wait list. Meanwhile, I had to make the toughest decision to enroll them despite my gut feeling. The classes were canceled on me quite often, and I was usually notified the morning of due to staffing. Communication was not good. The teachers in my 18 month old classroom were always changing. And they are usually young and inexperienced. The last straw for me was getting a phone call and being told that I had to come immediately to the school because my son has fallen and may need medical attention. I came there and told them off. They said he slipped on the mat in the classroom and hit his face onto the corner of the table. That was the last day he was there. Period. They are lucky we didn't pursue legal action on their carelessness because after taking him to the ER, they informed us that he would be okay. And we just need to watch him carefully for a few days following. Even though he had a huge knot on his forehead, the size of a golf ball and it turned blue and purple the following day. Beware. BEWARE. BEWARE.
L TranFeb 28, 2024Absolutely love this daycare. Both of my kids have learned so much since they have been here. My son absolutely loves his teachers. Everyone is so friendly and sweet. They even love my kids like they are their own 🥹 I feel comfortable with my kids being in their care
