We love skyrise school by Kindercare we love the whole team ! Jasmine and Marrissa go over the top to show my children a caring and loving environment as they make sure each day is scheduled and planned out well field trips are fun yet educational and this really helps my son with autism navigate the day to day class room experience
Sammie BryantJun 10, 2026My son went here for over 7 years. It used to be very family centered place. The new director is very inexperienced and has been dishonest on multple occasions that resulted in me no longer trusting her or wanting my child to be in this environment. The teachers are not trained to handle behaviors is a positive way. They are usually sitting at a table yelling ( many times I've heard them getting out of my car). My son has had multiple experiences of coming home with marks on him from being injured by other children and 2 of the incidents were by children of staff. The incidents were minimized and no real consequences for their behavior. I experienced many situations where the director as well as teachers gave me false information and exaggerated stories for their benefit. Ex. The director telling me while picking my son up during a school break that he can't come for the rest of the week because the state doesn't allow school age to be with pre-k and only my sons school was the only school on break. Which is false information. Forced me to miss work because of something someone told her. This is just one of many of these experiences that caused my family stress and hardship. They treat children like they are disposable and will leave your family in stressful situations because it's more financially beneficial for them. A childcare center especially one this big should be reliable and alleviate stress not cause it. My sons last day there was Friday where he was attacked by one of the staffs children (he has bruises on his shoulder from being clawed and a busted bruised nose) because during a game of beanbag toss she accidentally got hit with the bean bag. He also had a pretty bad sunburn from them not providing him sunscreen. He was told he didn't have a permission slip ( even though I'm the first parent to fill one out due to them letting him get sunburn a month ago and going in to talk to them and get one filled out). The turn over rate is concerning as you never know who you're leaving your kids with. This means there is no consistency or structure in the classrooms. Which increases behavior problems. It seemed chaotic and disorganized when you pick up your child at the end of the day. This is honestly just a small pieces of our poor experience. This daycare became a place where I no longer felt safe leaving my child and could not trust the people I was was leaving my child with.
jewelie taborJun 1, 2026My child has been enrolled at the Country Woods Kindercare for two years now. She has received quality care with all of her teachers and even the administration staff. They are always responsive to any concerns and create a plan to address it. The rooms are always kept clean. They ensure to follow steps to decrease children’s exposure to contagious viruses. They send me updates on my child throughout the day and always communicate around incidents or just letting me know how my. Holds day has been. They have been amazing to work with even with helping create a plan with my child’s first steps team to address developmental concerns. They are so patient and kind to each child and provide appropriate redirection with any behaviors. I would definitely recommend this Kindercare due to such an amazing experience.
Kayla DayApr 11, 2025My son loves it here and so do I. He’s being potty trained, learning new things and talking better everyday. They expanded his vocabulary and brought him out of his shell. My son has friends and teachers he love❤️. Between the hands on activities, and the group reading my child is never bored, the smile on his face and his eyes lighting up when he enters the building just lets me know he’s safe and enjoying himself while I’m at work. The facility has had multiple opportunities for mingling, from “Lunch with loved ones”, to “ Canvas and cookies”. They play a huge role in my son and my life. Couldn’t ask for it any other way. The surrounding area is quiet, the building is clean and the staff are friendly. Thank you so much to the staff that help my son grown everyday.
Desire RiceApr 7, 2025If you are looking for a daycare that treats your children like their own this is the place for you. I have always had a remarkable experience with the staff and director. They made my children feel at home and gave them the best learning experience as well. I was skeptical putting my infant into the center at roughly 10 weeks just because he was so little. But they gave me the best care for my little guy and he is still growing and learning with them nearly 2 years later they gave the best infant classes as well.
Angel FrazierApr 7, 2025I could not imagine putting my kids in anyone else's care. Molly and Stacy have been nothing but kind and patient with all our families needs and conflicts. The leaps and bounds my kids have made in the past two years socially and mentally, I dedicate to Kindercares programs and all the kids teachers. Thank you so much for all you do. <3
