  • I am extremely disappointed with our experience. I picked my 2-year-old daughter up from daycare, and she ran to me saying her head hurt. She had a large knot on her forehead, and when I asked the staff what happened, I was asked if I dropped her off like that. About an half hour later, the knot turned into bruising, and her eye also started bruising. I immediately took her to be checked out, and she was diagnosed with a concussion. Also, when I asked my daughter if she fell, she repeatedly told me, “No, they hit me. They hit me,” but she would not say anything else. The next morning, we returned to speak with staff and management to find out what happened. We were told that nobody saw anything and nobody knew what happened. That is completely unacceptable when caring for toddlers. A concussion is serious, especially for a 2-year-old child, and I felt like the severity of the situation was minimized instead of taken seriously. Also the director, Erin, implied that we come from two different cultures, (me white, her black) I was taking the concussion more seriously than I should have, and she can promise my child wouldn’t be picked up with a broken or missing limb. which was extremely upsetting and inappropriate. As a parent, I trusted that my child would be supervised, kept safe, and that I would be informed immediately if something happened to her. Instead, my daughter came home injured with no answers or accountability. I would never want another parent to experience this. We actually had high hopes for this facility and were extremely let down.

  • I could not imagine a better daycare for my baby!! Ms. Sam and Ms. Doris are incredible teachers. Being a first time mom, they make me feel confident and safe sending my baby here. The director Erin is wonderful and Susan is one of a kind. They all show my baby the best love, like another family. So happy to have all of them!

  • They all have been so great with my son. My son started here when he was about 14 months old and he is now 3 and a half years old. His teachers show so much love and dedication. They have helped teach my son so much. Jaidyn is my son’s current teacher and he absolutely loves her. You can see the joy she has in her job with helping all the kids learn. She is always laughing and looks genuinely happy. My son has also been able to build relationships with the other teachers, which has also been just as pleasing. The current director Erin is so kind and always greeting us with a smile. If I ever have any concerns they address it immediately and keep close communication with me about my son. This daycare ended up being the best decision I could have made, no matter how worried I was in the beginning. Much love and a big thank you to everyone working in that building.

  • My two youngest boys go here. This place has been absolutely amazing for their growth! My one boy really struggled at another place and since switching has really grown! His talking and communicating has improved. Hes actually excited to go to school again! The younger ones motor skills have exponentially advanced as well. Hes such a climber. His little run he now has DOWN! (And might be faster than mama lol) The teachers truly care about the kids and even administration makes a point to be active in all levels! The switch to Skyrise truly has been a blessing for our family and kiddos.

  • Erin Jones is the director of this school and my interactions with her have been nothing but pleasant. My niece goes here and not only is she extremely helpful, she will go out of her way to solve any issue a family may have. She is amazing with the children and my niece looks forward to going to school every day mostly because of her time with Ms.Erin. I highly recommend them if your looking for a trusted space for your child.

  • I've recently toured and had the pleasure of speaking with both the director, Erin, and assistant director, Susan, and I am glad I was referred here! Their knowledgeable approach to the center and their genuine care for the students is heartwarming! I’m glad I got to experience the place I may be sending my future daughter. It was mentioned to me that spots fill quickly, so hopefully when we get closer to my due date, there will still be space available in the Infant classroom.
