We have been highly satisfied with our children attending Starz Academy. The facility is clean and the classrooms are appropriately decorated. The staff has been wonderful and there is open communication. There is a high teacher retention rate which helps the children be very familiar with all the teachers. I have been very impressed with the educational component, as well. I would highly recommend Starz Academy!

The teachers and staff are excellent and very attentive to your child's needs. Any issues are dealt with promptly and with transparency which I find extremely valuable. Additionally, this is the second daycare my family has used and the staff turnover is much lower here which really helps our kids feel more comfortable and at home with their teachers. Great place!

The staff at Starz Academy on Jefferson have been very accommodating and caring for my grandson. He can be a handful at times, but anytime we have had a question about something that has happened, they have always addressed it professionally and in a timely manner. Thank you for helping us! He loves coming to Starz and seeing his friends.

I worked at Starz Academy for many years. I was excited to take my son there. It's ran completely different sadly they failed my son. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone else. Only a few good Teachers left.

My child received bruises in the shape of handprints on her arm complete with finger marks. We reported this to Starz and less then 2 weeks later (after blaming my child for the handprint on her arm) they issued a letter telling us we have 1 week to find a different daycare because, and I quote, "they can no longer guarantee the safety of my child". DO NOT send your kids here. By their own documented admission they cannot guarantee the safety of your child nor mine. I can and will show the letter to anyone who asks.
