Sent my son here for maybe a month and a half. He kept being picked up in pee soaked thru diaper to the point his clothes were soaked, we always asked them to not put clothes on him that weren’t his and they still did. There were days he would go 4-5 hours without a diaper change and it was addressed many times and the issue was never fixed. They also lied about being a licensed daycare we were told when we first enrolled him they were licensed and then a month later we’re told to sign a paper stating we know they are not licensed and that they are just a registered ministry. They take your infants outside in the middle of December in the rain. If I were you I would not trust them. They also like to try to charge you more than the amount the enrollment papers said.
Kyssandra MastersonFeb 8, 2023Our son has been attending for almost a year.. Tracy and team do a wonderful job teaching him. They have really helped our boy break out of his shell, and he loves going to school every day. I think they foster a loving environment for the kids, you can see it when we drop off and pick up. The staff are highly engaged, and do a wonderful job communicating anything to us. We are thankful for this school and the safe/loving care they provide for our child.
Jerry GNov 21, 2022Most of the reviews for this childcare facility are from at least 5 years ago, besides mine. This is a family run daycare that promotes itself as a Christian daycare facility. However, for them to advertise as such, my grandson was not treated as such. He was not a member of their Sunday school classes that they teach at church, nor was he from the local area. He was treated much differently from those children who belong to their church and also the children who were their family. He is four years old but much bigger in size than most his age. Because of this, he was expected to act as if he was 6 or 7. I have worked with children for 28 years, many with severe behavioral issues. The people who are employed here, if he hit or pushed someone, felt that this opted for him to have to be sent home. However, hitting and pushing are normal 4 year old behaviors and should, in my opinion, been taken care of there!! When my daughter would express that my grandson said that other children had done the same, the staff always said the other children “would never” and that they knew the parents of the other child very well, and this is something the other parent said that their child would never do. I personally was told this when I had to pick up my grandson at one point. I have a hard time believing that other children of the same age do not hit or push, repeat adult words or behave in the same manner. He may be big for his age, but he still has a 4 year old mind. My grandson came home with a large scratch on his back, and when my daughter said that another child under their watch had done this, again she got the answer that that particular child “would never”! Then when asked why she hadn’t expressed these concerns before, well she tried and so did I. There was always an excuse for the other child. As far as I am concerned, if they are a Christian facility as advertised, they sure are judge mental! My advise to other parents looking for childcare in this area, if your not a member of their family or church family, do not enroll your child here!
Tammy ThurmanNov 17, 2022Such a wonderful place. I just moved to the area and didn't know anyone. I called many childcare places and I honestly think it was fate that Tracy answered the phone and took us under her wing. All of the workers there are so personable and sweet. They are consistently sending photos home and giving updates of what's going on in the classroom. Daily arts and crafts or sensory play with a 2 children on 1 caregiver time specifically for their time when they are learning. The children they have in the program are also wonderful. Through them, you can see how much the children are learning! My son is incredibly shy and they brought out a spunky, silly and kind side out of him. They catered to his sensitive side and made sure to give every single child a little extra cuddle and special time because skin to skin contact is vital to children's growth. I will always hold this program near and dear to my heart. <3
